On the day we arrived the room assigned to us had a leaky toilet. The front desk quickly gave us the room next door. The room was ok. I don't understand why the curtains in the room cannot fully close. We did not opt for the discounted breakfast. The location was central.

The location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. However, the facilities at room are old.

酒店外觀看着不錯，房間比較舊，也不大，入住時看到酒店50年紀念圖，也難怪老舊了。 最難用的是衞生間的淋浴設施，淋浴房很小，門關不嚴，洗澡後整個衞生間都是濕的。 雖然窗户外是鐵路，還好晚上經過的火車很少。窗外的風景還不錯。

누구나 찾기 쉬운 곳에 위치하고 있고 건물이 특이하게 아주 길어요 자칫하다간 아주 많이 걸을 수 있어요 로비에서 가까운 곳에 방을 배정 해 달라고 부탁해 보세요 그리고 방에 있는 커피가 아주 맛있었어요

一見良かったでのですが、やはり三人分用意されておらず、ロビーに連絡したものの、なかなか届きませんでした。

即使是在班夫外，住宿也不便宜，酒店本身乾淨、整潔

Hotel is affordable and great pool for the kids. Would be nice if the gym had some actual free weights.

I booked my room last minute because of a snow storm and couldn’t make it home. The gentleman at front desk was extremely accommodating for me and my baby. He helped us arrange extra storage for everything that was in my vehicle, including all my groceries that needed a fridge/freezer. (As I wasn’t able to male it all the way home and had a car full of Costco items)

One room was fine. Other room was at a very high temperature on arrival, had not completely cooled by next morning despite open window. Train noise was disturbing.

Our door had a two inch gap from the floor so we heard literally everything throughout the building and we were at the front of the stairs exit so that made it louder. Our bathtub plug didn’t properly work water would be draining out of the tub while my children bathed they did wipe our pet fee for the loudness however we will not be back again.

The pool was great! But sleeping didn’t really happen on their stupidly lumpy pillows and something loose in the ac/heater that was rattling around all night. And trains are RIGHT outside the window depending on what side you’re on. Also it says breakfast on the website, but it’s only on weekends. So don’t count on that
