Guys these people are really worst iam currently staying here and I requested to give refund of one day booking atleast out of 2 days , as this is a lodge not a hotel and family family is not comfortable at a place where everthing is broken you cant even lock the doors, and the lady at reservation said that we don't have policy for refund these robbers spoiled all my trip, hotel is no more than a lodge , doors don't close , mattresses are so damn bad and stink , you can't sleep due to lot of construction noise, staff is pathetic and that lady said that go and put whatever reviews you want we will not refund any money. Lobby is very dirty, ideally hotel shud not rent the room on the floors if renovation is going on The entire hotel is under renovation construction u can see the the construction team everywhere disturbing your privacy Also u have walk a lot just to reach pool as they closed all way due to construction and need to walk from one wing to other room like 300 meters walk one side If u are looking for some peaceful vacation avoid this hotel

Reception people are not at all professional I booked hotel over a call and to my surprise, when I reached there was no booking. I needed einvoice which was not given while checking out as u get in other hotels. Staff said that I'll receive it on the same day over mail but it has been a week now but I did not receive it. Nobody answers the call also.

I stay with my friends in this hotel recently, location was good, near the candolim beach,staff was excellent and helpful, they let us feel that they are here for our assist, that things makes me more comfortable, especially the service boy mr. jiyabul, he gave us excellent service, he makes customers feel welcome. Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel

I stayed at the Country Inn by Radisson from June 27, 2024 to June 30, 2024, looking forward to a leisurely weekend with my wife. I booked this hotel based on the Radisson name and its five star rating. However, my experience was far from what I expected from a Radisson property. I have stayed many times at other three star Radisson hotels and they really offer a better experience, something that was severely lacking here. First, the breakfast served was very simple and limited. For three days, the menu remained almost unchanged, without cold cuts or cheese and with very limited options, far from what is expected in a five-star buffet. There were flies everywhere, and the tea and coffee options were extremely limited. The fruit juice was not fresh which was quite disappointing. The worst part of our stay was the continuous construction noise. From 9am to 9:30pm, the noise was unbearable. Relaxing at the pool was impossible due to the constant commotion. Even when we were trying to enjoy a quiet night in our room with all the windows and doors closed, the noise was intrusive and very uncomfortable. When I raised this issue with the front desk, they dismissed my concerns, asking, "What noise? Are you sure it's coming from here?" They assured me it would only last five minutes, but those five minutes turned into three days of constant rioting. The Radisson Hotel Group should seriously review its services. This experience has made me reconsider staying at a Radisson hotel in the future.

We celebrate our little angels Birthday party on July 1, 2024 .We had an awesome experience. The banquet hall is really specious with rich look which can accomodate many guest . I will surely suggest to book the banquet venue to make your event more memorable. The food is really tasty and delicious. We really like the way the welcome drink and the starters are served to our guests. Our especially kids love the food . Mr Sanjay the manager of banquet hall coordinated the event is a model of customer service. He helped us in all possible ways right from the food selection to the event management. Specially thanks to Mr Kamal, Mohsin and Mukesh,Nassar very helpful and friendly

BEST property location in ******** at the foothills of Thajiwas Glacier now known as "Bajrangi Point after climax of movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan was filmed. Thajiwas is just 3kms trek from hotel. Beautiful golf course lawn with 360° degree valley view of snowcapped mountains and pine trees. Rooms are well sized for couple stay though family with kids may find room bit small. But property is old, run down and needs renovation. Housekeeping staff is fabulous with prompt room service to fulfill your needs. Best time to visit is March to June end as you can see color ranging from white to green mountain. Worst part of this place is FOOD & SERVICE. Tasteless food and restaurant service is extremely extremely slow. There's something fundamentally wrong here and mgmt needs to send a F&B manager to get this rectified. Minimum wait time once you order even Tea is 40 mins. Overall good exp due top location

Recently I had booked a room for a family trip with country inns and suites candolim. I paid 50 PC advance but unfortunately I had to cancel it the same day due to some personal reasons. As per the lady at the reservation desk refund of the advance paid should have been done within 7 to 10 days.but even after 20 days it has not been processed with all departments playing the blame game and dodge responsibility and at one time the reservation desk had the audacity to say' go and complain wherever you want to we don't care' and dropped the call when I stated that their rude behaviour will lead to bad reviews showing utter lack of respect for the travel community and rating systems. Plz do not waste your hard earned money on this hotel. Goa has much more professional and lavish places to stay. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was amazing we really enjoyed our stay in country inn food taste was good rooms are neat and clean front.office staff was very professional they know how to deal Guest there speaking and body language was very impressive special receptionist Ms.savie and Ms.muskan they both are very helpful nature
