Deposit $100 for towels!!!!! You should see the towels, better bring yours and not use the hotels. THERE WAS NO LIGHT for hours during two nights in January. Imagine, the fridge didn't work, no air conditioning, the elevator didn't work, nothing. THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK, was out of service, for one day. We had to climb to the 7th floor. What do they do with the people with wheelchairs? There was NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER for so many nights that I stopped counting them. They clean the apar**ents every two days. And don't do it well, since we had cockroaches in our apar**ent. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND NOT SOLD TO CUSTOMERS! We also had a problem the moment we arrived at the hotel, with breakfast. At the reception, they don't know "when is breakfast served and if we do have or have not breakfast included". They say to contact the person through whom we paid the hotel to arrange that. WHAT THE H*LL???????? And of course nobody has breakfast in the place, since breakfast is expensive and you don't even get the staff you paid for! Breakfast should be: eggs, 3 pieces of half toast, 1 jam, 1 butter, juice and terrible coffee. We got juice one day and rest of the days didn't see it, and of course, sometimes you get jam and butter, sometimes you don't. I WAS SHOCKED

This building is OLD and in poor to fair condition. We rented a Penthouse and we were disappointed with the accommodations dirty, poor water pressure, the beach was very busy and DIRTY, pool was cold. WOULD'NT recommend staying unless you are on a BUDGET and party mode close to bars and night clubs.

I booked 2 ocean view rooms only got one. Staff couldn’t have cared less. Marnie the go between ******* and the hotel was useless she said I could cancel the booking thru ******* nice to put me in a position where I would have to find another hotel at 4pm with 7 in our party. *******s agents 4 in total left me high and dry with no conclusion very disappointing after spending thousands of dollars with them thru the years

The location is great if you like a party and loud noises. If you like peace and tranquility, this is Not your place. This 'hotel' is right beside Coco Bongo and all the parties in the Cancun hotel area. The hotel is old and outdated. Our suite didn't look nothing like the one in the pictures. A good thing was that the balcony was located at the ocean side, but still, the party music was super loud. We had to leave the balcony door closed at all times. From the 4 nights we stayed there, housekeeping didn't show, but for sure, we expected a tip as the envelope was there. Furniture, mattress and pillows, and towels all old. As an expert traveler, I would advise staying away from this 'hotel'

Great spot close to the action, with highly secure entrance and great amenities. Amazing views, towel service, pool, beachfront access, and near shops, bars, clubs, restaurants. All within walking distance.

This property is situated right on the beach. Which I thought would be nice. However, the excessive noise from the nightclubs in the area are a problem. The building itself is very dirty. The room that we got had a refrigerator that was not working. The room service was poor. The room is supposed to be cleaned every other day between 10 AM and 4 PM. My room is not cleaned until almost 6 PM after I complained. They cleaning of my room was so quickly they did not really clean much other than change my sheets. Also, the staff was not very friendly. I would not recommend this property for anyone to go. I will never stay there even if it was for free.

I don’t know where they get this pictures must been 15 years ago because this place is falling apart. First day they checked us in 2 hrs late and wouldn’t tell us why. Staff is horrible no class very rude and no help at all. We stayed 8 long days unfortunately. The room didn’t have blankets just sheets. We asked and all they said was that the owner of the room didn’t leave any. No iron, we flew and we had everything in our luggage so it was wrinkled. The room had pots and pans but they were locked up, we couldn’t use them. Just going to ask for toilet paper was a problem with an attitude. Two days in a row we didn’t have lights. We were in the 8th floor and had to take the stairs that were dirty with rocks and concrete. The entire building is falling apart and the pool is ugly the floor all around is peeling. The ceilings are about to fall down. Not to mention we couldn’t use the back sitting area. Beach is so dirty with trash everywhere.worst place I stayed and I travel all the time.

Having a lot of family in Cancun/ Chetumal area we travel with them all the time and I was there for one night. The floors were very dirty, there were two used/stained towels when we arrived, that we didn’t care for put them to the side and during check out I was charged $100 Mexican pesos for the towel. There was also a lot of grime on the tub in the bathroom. You get what you pay for, but cleaning could have been better. The girl during checkout was not friendly, everything was fine and I wanted to come back but terrible experience checking out starting with the front desk employee that I will not recommend.
