The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.  It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I like the location, services n the traditional feel of the place. But ita lacks lots of amenities ( no water kettle, old tv, dusty ac, dirty pool, no hairdryer, loud bar at night.. but for 1 or 2 night n if u wanna go budget it was ok

Hi  Very easy check in. Hotel is  beautiful a real authentic Mexican feel. Staff were very helpful. Food was tasty and server very attentive.  Felt save there. I would visit again.

房間很有墨西哥特色，房間配套設施齊全。 酒店離開ado大巴很近，走路過去也就七分鐘左右～去tulum或者奇琴伊察都很方便。 另外附近有711便利店，中國胃嘴饞的話可以去吃飯糰🍙解饞

Hotel muy céntrico al parque de las Palapas y bien comunicado a nivel de restauración en los mismos bajos del complejo hotelero. Gran amabilidad y atención del personal. La ambientación maya de la un toque muy elegante para el turista y creo que eso un reclamo de valor. Lo único a mejorar es el material de las habitaciones como por ejemplo una tele pantalla plana (sin mecanismos tdt). Hay que invertir para modernizar ducha, baño y mobiliario.

房間乾淨，美觀，相比其他酒店房間比較大間，瑪雅文化主題比較有創意，非常滿意～～～～～～～～～～～～～

Por las fotos , pensamos que sería un poco más moderno o actual .

空調衹有冷風，然後所有洗漱用品都沒有，隔音差

Zimmer gewechselt Kacheln kaputt und Schimmel Geruch. Personal müde und wenig hilfsbereit.
