great view from the room we had, very excellent service from all the hotel staff, great food and overall great experience as a first time traveller to Cancun.

Good for relaxing

Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.

The staffs are beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The food wasn’t the best but I survived the few days.

Amazing hotel with all amenities for an all inclusive !

The hotel is nice, location is perfect. Unlimited food & beverage. Hard to book the good restaurants for dinner, but buffet supports satisfactorily. People very friendly.

Everything was good apart from food and drinks. There were not many options for vegetarians. Even when you ask for vegetarian options or check with them whether a particular thing is veg or not, they were not helpful.Check-in was slow. There was only one person at the counter. It was very tough to communicate since many staff members didn't know English.

Never such an experience like this before I hope I find a chance to go there

The location is convinient and near airport The service was good but not very good. Theamenities is fair. The toilet sink at room 1123 wasnt draining properly and the toilet lavatory was noisy and not working very well My is stay us fairly ok and good.

Really good people work here. The restaurants are delicious. The breakfast buffet has a healthy bar. The beachfront views are spectacular.

Very good location only 15 min from the airport, staff were very helpful only downside is that there is a little bit of renovations going on but other than that it’s a very nice resort.
