Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice food. We had an initial bad experience with the room allocation but hotel staff resolved and moved us within a couple of hours

Just returned from an all inclusive 5 night solo holiday at this hotel. It was very quiet, looked like two of the room areas weren’t open yet, but it is pre season for Majorca. Upon arriving the hotel is set a little back from the main road with lovely fountains in the front and the partially covered chill out pool. Check is was easy, not a lot of information given from the first receptionist I encountered, I had to do a lot of wandering round to find things/ask questions to other staff members I saw. Breakfast had a wide selection of food served buffet style. The restaurant has a lovely outside area too if you don’t want to dine inside. Lunch was a menu style option which I’ve never had on all inclusive before but the food was great, options were slightly limited however every meal I had was really good and the staff were all lovely and very attentive Evening meal was buffet style, again a great choice and always really good Pool area was immaculate. Very quiet, most days only a handful of people so never an issue getting a Sun lounger. The bar had great drinks, amazing selection of cocktails all included and a lot of premium branded spirits available. Probably the best all inclusive drinks selection I’ve seen. Ice coffees were 10/10! My room was lovely, so big for a sole occupancy. Twin beds pushed together and a separate seating area. Short walk down to the promenade and the busy to Alcúdia stopped right outside so very easy for a day out at the markets. Great hotel for my first solo trip and anyone looking to relax and really chill out. Great food, great staff.

The hotel was lovely and very clean. Rooms were spacious, shower pressure was great, and bed was comfy. The staff were wonderful, and couldn't do enough for us. When we chose to upgrade our stay halfway through to all inclusive, the concierge handled this smoothly. We had a lovely, relaxing stay, and the team at the hotel were a big part of that.

If you want sleep in this place I’m going to be honest you won’t get it. I was in the 2nd floor and first thing in a morning there is CONSTANT slamming of doors and people speaking loudly. A few nights at around 12:30am / 1am staff talking and laughing loudly in corridors which echo.. It’s not a quiet place and pillows are rock hard. On arriving I was given no information about what was included in my boarding and was told to scan a QR code for “hotel information” which is just restaurant timings but again no information in what was including in my boarding type?? Room was immaculate as was the pool area and there’s no need to fight for a sunbed which was nice and staff I interacted with were lovely. Hotel really nicely decorated throughout Honestly though had to walk around with eye bags for most of my stay as my sleep was interrupted often.

Really enjoyed our week here in May. Just reopened at end of April so very quiet. Pool huge with lots of loungers. Room lovely clean and spacious with a view of pool. Food lovely especially the a al carte lunch. Cocktails delicious and all staff friendly and helpful. Good location 5-10 min walk to lovely sandy beach. Hired bikes at hotel and cycled to Port de Polenca. Did aquafit and yoga but didn’t use gym. We saw 3 singers all very good. Probably not busy enough to have entertainment every night yet. Only thing that could be improved is they played the same relaxing jazz music all day and night would have been good to have a bit of variety.

Quiet, clean, well maintained, kind and helpful staff, supermarket and cafes nearby. Breakfast and evening meals with plenty of options, even in early season. Evening entertainment available but not blaring across the hotel. And some nice cocktails. I would definitely go again.

Stayed here May 2024 for 1 week having previously stayed here six years ago and been impressed then. The hotel still has the same high standards. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food was great plenty to choose from. All rooms in this hotel over look the pool which takes away the worry of getting a poor view. Pool area is great and you can get a bed any time of the day which was the same when we went in peak season last time. Will definitely go back at some point in the future.

The hotel have everything that you need , the team is very fast, the service is amazing. The restaurant and the food was amazing, and the they have a lot of space for your car.
