Nice and modern hotel in good location with great views over the Lago di Lugano. The staff was professional, experienced and super friendly. Breakfast was always good with plenty of choice. We'll definitely stay again at Grand Hotel Campione!

Die Bilder entsprechen leider absolut nicht dem Zustand. Das Hotel ist extrem dreckig und heruntergekommen, der Service ist schlecht. Auf keinen Fall ist dies ein fünf Sterne Hotel. Wir haben direkt wieder ausgecheckt und ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Eine pure Enttäuschung, das einzig gute ist die Lage.

I had a fine stay, the best thing about the hotel was the staff who were super kind, friendly, welcoming & helpful and secondly its location. Generally the rooms were nice but it requires a bit of fixing/refurbishment. We had three rooms, my room was very warm so I couldn’t sleep in it. Campione was very quiet, but it might be due to the timing of my visit (late February)

Campione is located across the lake from Lugano in an Italian enclave that goes back centuries. Quieter and more intimate than Lugano. There is a large and modern ****** located a few hundred meters from the hotel that has entertainment, if that appeals to you. A very caring staff that anticipated every need. Spectacular view of the Lake. A romantic setting, if that is what you want. Great breakfast and a fine dinner restaurant. They were very helpful about making way in front of the hotel for convenient parking of my vehicle.
