Amazing location, friendly staff. Awesome pool with amazing drinks by the pool. Beach is a short 2-minute walk. Weather is always great…don’t forget the sunscreen. A nice restaurant at the hotel and two bars, one at the pool. Overall, an amazing experience with no negatives.

We stayed at this resort while driving to the Lencois Maranhases from Fortaleza (arrived at 23:00 and left 09:00 next day). When checking in at night, I couldn't wait to fall a sleep, but in the morning I realized what kind of a nice resort this is. Would like to come back for an extended stay with the family to fully enjoy this place.

Alguns funcionários, principalmente da recepção, têm prazer em dizer "NÃO" (limpo e seco, na sua cara). Não têm deferência nem boa vontade de atender um simples pedido do hóspede. Não têm gentil presença e parecem trabalhar de má vontade. A gente mal termina de falar e o "NÃO" já vem à frente. Isso vale para um simples pedido, como uma pequena sacola plástica. No primeiro dia retiraram o café da manhã sem, sequer, dar satisfação aos hóspedes que ainda estavam tomando. No segundo dia foi avisado, da forma que deveria ser. Detalhe; não são todos os funcionários; apenas uma minoria, que trabalha mal humorada e sem o mínimo desejo de ajudar e servir ao próximo. A grande maioria é atenciosa e tem boa vontade. Outro detalhe é o check-out, que agora passou a ser 11h, mais uma hora retirada da diária do hóspede. Check-in 14h e check-out 11h. Isso precisa ser verificado junto ao órgão de turismo competente.

tudo muito bom e organizado. Café da manhã bom.
Piscina estava com aspecto de água meio suja, mas nao tomamos banho. Achei complicada e muito insistente a abordagem dos agentes de viagem p promover clube de viagens. Acho que insistem demais com os hóspedes para participar das reuniões.

Excelente para família. Funcionários bem treinados, prestativos e educados. Excelente área de lazer, piscina, parque infantil, jogos. A equipe de recreação muito simpática (bem diferente da equipe do Resort Parque das Fontes). Café da manhã farto e muito bom. Almoçamos no buffet de sábado e a feijoada é maravilhosa, por R$ 65,00 por pessoa, vale muito a pena. Comidas do restaurante e bar também muito boas, só achei poucas opções de fruto do mar, considerando que é uma cidade de praia (peixe só tinha robalo).

Amei o tempo que ficamos no Sun City Rota das Emoções. Piscina Maravilhosa com bar molhado e sua excelente caipiroska de cajá umbu. Café da manhã e jantar bom, o que nos proporcionou comodidade. Parquinho para crianças, brinquedoteca para as crianças.
