Just returned from bermudas fergus Hotel. Staff very helpful, Room clean but had to move as Shower was flooding the room, blocked drain,We moved within 20 minutes. Breakfast was great,lots of choice, Evening meal was great but needed more choices of hot meats, We were Half Board they catered more for All inclusive, At lunch time they didn't have a lunch time Menu or any hot food choice for people who were H/B, We had to ask if they did food at 1am, they fetched some cold food and set it out on the side, But not hot food like chips or Hot food. Could not choose, All inclusive ate in dinningroom with a large choice of food. their was free Cold water on tap. Very Poor Selection of ICE CREAMS,Some days Nothing EMPTY. We had to walk to the nearest shop for them. Sitting round the pool unable for the kids to have a Ice Cream. No information Pack in room, I.e. Meal times & Event times. Poor Selection of Broachure for Things to do and go. Bar area very limited to bar snacks in the evening. Adding a few more missing Extras this Hotel would be Perfect . It's all about the little thing's..

Only back from Fergus Burmuda well tell the not so good time first this is my personal opinion Food. Breakfast was lovely so was lunch dinner was dire ate out 3 times Location was brilliant hotel spotless clean Entertainment was terrible Noise from Strummer was bad I know grounds need looked after but not while ur lying at pool!!!! Staff was lovely room was ideal just facing pool plenty drinks unfortunately I will not return

Great stay. The room was basic but clean (no drink making facilities in room) The food was pleasant and the drinks were good! The pool area was also very clean and the staff were friendly. It is also accessible for wheelchair users. Quiet and relaxed hotel.

This was our third visit to this hotel as we love the location. A slight stroll to the beach during the day and a walk/browse around the shops and bars in the eveining. This hotel is lovely and clean and has quite extensive grounds however, on this occasion we sometimes struggled to find sunbeds and if not up early enough then you would not get one. During our stay we noted there was a few large goups of people holidaying together and although most were ok they seemed to dominate the pool area and i also noted (and overheard) one person would bring down towels in the morning and place on several beds - I am guessing so they could all be sat togther but often these beds were unattended. One of my other bugs whilst there was that a group of people decided to play there own music by their sunbeds so we had music playing from the hotel, people playing there own music and general noise which was not at all relaxing and in fact it became quite irritable (this was not the hotels fault - but at least I would have liked someone from the hotel to have spoken to the people playing the music). We had a lovely room on the 4th floor and lots of space but the bathroom needs an upgrade and would have preferred a walk in shower rather than stepping over a bath. All the ususal in the room but this time noted you had to rent the safe but when we went last year the safe was free. Food was plentiful and there was choice so no complaints from me. All of the staff are lovely and friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We have just returned from a stay at Fergus Bermudas Hotel. Hotel is in a fantastic location, and the rooms are very clean and modern. We were on Bed and Breakfast basis - Breakfast was good, pastries/cakes/cereal etc - however the cooked food was greasy and not very warm at all. Staff all great and friendly. *The one negative is the sunbed situation around the pool area - people were putting towels on the sunbeds before 8am, and then not arriving to use them until nearly lunch time! There is a sign that states " no reserving sunbeds" but this was not enforced by any staff members. One morning at 9am we counted 23 towels on sunbeds all with no one using them - and by 11am half of them had still not be occupied. This situation really need looking into by the management, and if people are not using the sunbeds with 45mins etc then their towels get removed. I think these people were putting the towels on the sunbeds and then going back to bed until lunchtime! This is the only thing that spoilt the hotel for us.

If you want a family feel and friendly hotel this is for you. This ticked the box for a more subdued clientele offering quietness away from the crowds, but still well located if you chose a lively evening. All staff across the board are cheerful, friendly and genuinely happy. The buffet is efficiently run, the food varied - there is something for everyone. Entertainment is made fun by Eleanor, just watching her infectious energy and enthusiasm is a joy. For a quiet break, relaxation, in a good location one could not ask for more. Even the life guard made time to speak to us. Thank you to all.

First time staying at this hotel ,beds lovely and comfortable ,hotel spotlessly clean throughout ,all staff very friendly and can’t do enough for you,food could be a bit repetitive at times but you can always find something to eat,entertainment not so good but can’t please everyone,hotel is only few minutes from the beach and all on the flat,will definately be going again later in the year.

Just come back after 10 nights, can’t fault anything apart from having to get up at stupid o’clock to get a sun bed , absolute nightmare. So felt like a battle every day , not enough sun beds, But everything else was lovely. It annoys me when people put a towel out but don’t sit on it until late afternoon, very selfish,

A wonderful stay at the Fergus Bermuda! I usually always choose to go a cruise holiday but for a change decided that myself & mother would book a little break away with JET 2 & chose the Bermuda as we wanted something central to the resort but that was also slightly smaller and not a loud & busy hotel like many of the tourist areas can be in Spain. The hotel itself is situated centrally between two of the main beaches in Palma Nova, Right across the street is a bus stop for those who want to travel further afield and out the back gate of the hotel lies the beach so the location is superb. Despite being surrounded by streets the hotel is quiet due to being within its own tropical gardens. Check in was quick, efficient and friendly, you pay tourist tax locally at the hotel, its around 3 euros per day, this is done at check in. One of our rooms were ready despite arriving at 12 which was great! We booked two rooms both with a Balcony & found them to be quiet owing to their location overlooking the Gardens instead of the pool, the balconies do not get much sun which was perfect for me as I enjoy sitting in the shade looking out over the beautiful gardens. The rooms are double glazed also so when the balcony door is shut the room is quiet. Upon arriving in the rooms, we found them to be spacious with twin beds, air conditioning, a mini fridge, and stylish well equipped bathroom. The cleaning was excellent with daily service, the rooms were kept spotless every day by a friendly housekeeping team. The hotel offers a bar with great service provided by a really lovely and friendly team who never seemed to be off shift! No matter what time I went to the bar day or night, Staff were always smiling and providing a great service. The main restaurant was excellent, a great variety of food, both local and more familiar dishes, we always found the food to be fresh, hot and of a plentiful variety. The drinks are ordered from your table and brought to you which is a nice touch. On checkout we were kindy offered Tea/Coffee/snacks despite the restaurant not being open yet which again was a lovely touch. Special thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay especially the hard working waiters & waitresses who never stop! You made our holiday wonderful. We would 100% return to the Hotel Bermuda in the future.

Amazing!!!!! This hotel offers everything! The ladies on reception were so welcoming and friendly when we arrived, couldn’t do enough for us! We even got upgraded at no extra cost. All the reception team were fantastic throughout. The breakfast offered a varied choice and had a good selection of hot/cold and continental options. The hotel is so central to everything, within walking distance to all of our favourite restaurants and bars and there is also a bus stop outside with buses every 15 minutes to Palma City. The rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious and a good amount of storage. Rooms were cleaned every day. Great toiletries complimentary of the rooms too with shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, hand wash and towels. We cant wait to come back next year. Thank you to everyone at Fergus Bermudas, you gave us the best experience.

Room There was a problem with the toilet and no kettle. Spoke to reception and the toilet was fixed and a kettle brought ( at no extra cost) within the hour. Excellent service. The room was very clean. And comfy. Food Very good. Hot and plentiful. Pool Very clean and perfect temp. Sunbeds Plenty to go round, and a quieter part in the garden if you want it. Entertainment We did not stay for any of the evening shows so I cannot comment. Bar. Very good service. Plenty of choice. Overall Personally I would not take young children as not a lot for them. I would say it’s perfect for couples as it is very central. Across from the hotel is banana joes (brill place). And our balcony was facing the pub. Now we thought it would maybe be noisy at night but it wasn’t . The staff are amazing, they cannot do no for you. Especially Alice and Janet, they are a credit to the hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Fergus Bermudas. The staff were all so friendly, especially Eleanor who did the bingo each night. The pool was a really good size and the breakfast buffet each morning was delicious. We found the location perfect as it was located very close to a bus route, the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel also felt very clean and looked very stylish as well. There are a few “FYIs” I’d like to mention, but these are by no means negative points and wouldn’t stop us from staying at the hotel again: - The bathroom had a drain/damp smell. Not a huge issue because we kept the window open. - There were no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom. - In comparison to the rest of the hotel, the bedroom felt a little clinical/sterile. Again these aren’t major issues and we’d both gladly stay here again !

We came home today had a lovely week all staff was very helpful and pleasant couldn’t do enough to help. Room was very nice and clean though bathroom was a little small. Food was very nice, pizza and salads was excellent. Eleanor the entertainer manager did an excellent job, something different every day and night.

We have just returned from our 11 night stay at Bermudas (4th visit) and have to say that we had a wonderful time there and are booked for our next visit in Sept/Oct. This time we had a standard room (tennis court side) which was wonderful – the pool view rooms which we’ve had on previous visits had too much (for us) sun on the balcony!! All the staff without exception work really hard and nothing is too much trouble. We were booked AI and at all meals there was definitely something to suit everyone – probably breakfast had the better choice. Bearing in mind that the meals have to appeal to guests from many different countries we really think that the hotel kitchen staff do an amazing job – and everything was constantly replenished as necessary. The hotel & its amazing grounds are kept in spotless condition; the location is perfect for access to all parts & (for us) a big bonus that the surrounding area of the resort is all on level ground. Can’t wait for next time.
