Staff are really lovely but the food?! Omg the food was not good at all and they did not have any options for people who do not like to eat pork. I also want to comment that the rule of having to use a cap in the spa only makes sense if you provide caps of all sizes. Me and my friends have long/curly/Afro hair so therefore the caps they had on offer did not accommodate us. Overall hotel was nice and clean but they need a better variety of food. Soft drinks and water should be included at meals because it seemed like the hotel was trying to make as much money wherever they could. Staff and really lovely tho! But I would not stay again.

The M****nses Rosa Del Mar is a great hotel, the rooms are of a decent size and the beds are extremely comfortable, my wife and I slept like logs. The staff are very friendly. The gym has good quality equipment, is well kept and has good airconditioning. The hotel has an indoor pool and two great outdoor pool areas, one of which is an aquapark for kids with waterslides etc at the rear of the building, there are also loads of quality sunbeds in both areas and a large deck area. The food is of really good quality with many choices. The hotel is in a really good location, right on the edge of Palma nova and Magaluf. This hotel should be on everyones shortlist, we really enjoyed our stay here.

We are here at the moment. Beautiful hotel and really close to the beach/town, food has been lovely so far, so much variety for both breakfast and dinner and all staff nice and friendly. Food to suit everyone so I don't understand anyone who says otherwise, there really is a lot of option and delicious desserts. Our little girl loves saying hi to all the friendly waitresses :) hotel definitely catered towards families with children which has suited us. The only thing we will say is the table in the studio rooms has very sharp corners on them for young children, they could do with some kind of padding around them as our daughter has caught the side of her face when going past and i wish we had brought something from home to help protect her with this. Unfortunately we haven't seen any daytime entertainment on the cards for under 4s, which is a shame as our daughter is approaching age 2 and it would be nice for her to socialise with other toddlers throughout the day. She is still a bit young for sensiland. We would love to return in the future, but when she is a bit older to fully appreciate everything like kids club and the sensiland etc.

Great hotel and location, spa area is amazing for the not so sunny days, really enjoyed this. Pool area is lovely and the Bali beds. Staff very friendly. Would stay again if I ever went back to Palma Nova.

enjoyed our stay as 2 adults + 1 toddler and were not disappointed. the beach was close to the hotel. 20 mins from airport. our stay was comfortable. asked sthng special for my husbands birthday and they delivered! oscar guest experience - a special thanks to you. all the staff working there were great! rooms are spacious with a small kichenette. plently of space on the balcony as well our toddler could play there

Third stay at the hotel and once again the service was excellent. The staff are some of the most helpful I have experienced and it really is quite hard to fault it.

stayed before, so didn't hesitate in booking again. Fab location minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Beds so comfortable. Bus stop round the corner - so easy. Took bus from airport only £3.50!
