Общественная парковка на улице - плотно, но всегда найдется местечко Номер требует реновации, сантехника не на высоте

Het is een hele oude hotel, kamers stinken heel erg en als je dit meld bij de receptie krijg je te horen het is normal we kunnen er niets aan doen u heeft 140€ per nacht betaald en dat is een lite kamer ? En de rest bespaar ik jullie, kortom gewoon een oude vieze hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Has a modern feel to it. Rooms are quite spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was good. Both room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. 3 swimming pools & a jacuzzi. All kept very clean. Plenty of sunbeds so no mad rush in a morning. Restaurant was large & airy & cool. There was an outside section which was good. The food choice was brilliant. Always plenty. Definitely something for everyone. Service was excellent. The snacks between breakfast, lunch & evening meal were a good choice. The drinks were good ( all inclusive ). The hotel grounds were well kept & bright with no rubbish. It has a fantastic location. Great beaches within minutes. The animation team were amazing. Definitely worth seeing. A good mixture of nationalities. Definitely worth a stay there. Highly recommended. Stayed 25th of May for a week, room 401. Great sea & beach view.

This hotel was very disappointing. The staff, especially the assistant manager at reception, were rude and unhelpful. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times, and the bar staff were equally unpleasant. There was no personal touch, which is something I appreciate on holiday. The most frustrating aspect was the all-inclusive package ending at 11am. They cut off your wristbands at breakfast, which I found very inconvenient. When we walked to the beach after breakfast, we were questioned by the security guard if we were guests which felt very unwelcoming. This is because the wristband had been cut of despite us still being at the hotel for another 12hrs. We arrived at 4am on our first day, due to a delayed flight, and missed out on the initial day of all-inclusive benefits. When I raised this issue with the assistant manager, she curtly informed me that our arrival time was our choice and the all-inclusive package still ended at 11am. This wasn’t our choice; it was dictated by the package holiday timing. I have stayed at many other all-inclusive hotels, and they have always treated us as guests until departure. This experience felt like the hotel was trying to extract extra money from us without caring about our holiday experience. It seemed to be all about making money rather than providing a good service. Everything had an extra cost to it. The food was mediocre, and we had to bring our own cutlery to the table because the tables weren't set up. There was no service at all. One day, the all-inclusive fruit juice machine ran out, and instead of refilling it, they just told me it was finished. The hotel rooms were extremely noisy. Despite being a deep sleeper, I was constantly woken up and could hear everything through the walls. The building seemed poorly constructed, leading to very bad sleep. When we checked out, there was no friendly farewell or thanks for staying with them; it was just a cold, transactional experience. While the hotel is in a great location, the staff and policies were highly disappointing and not customer-friendly.

I stayed for a long weekend with friends. The staff were fantastic and were quick and efficient. There was a great range of food which was tasty and very healthy options. It was well organised with and the staff are very attentive. Lilliana was attentive and very friendly on the bar.

This is a fantastic hotel! The place has been newly refurbished and looks amazing. I am impressed by the beauty of the place and the views. A brilliant service aswell. Shout out to liliana! Thank you for a fantastic visit. We would all visit again!
