хорошая первая (по-европейски) линия, пляж общественный, зонтики-лежаки на пляже платно
плужные полотенца - под залог 10 Евро
Основной контингент - немецкие пенсионеры
Основной ресторан при высокой загрузке отеля справляется с трудом
Персонал доброжелателен, вежлив и учтив.
Общественная парковка на улице - плотно, но всегда найдется местечко
Номер требует реновации, сантехника не на высоте

Het is een hele oude hotel, kamers stinken heel erg en als je dit meld bij de receptie krijg je te horen het is normal we kunnen er niets aan doen u heeft 140€ per nacht betaald en dat is een lite kamer ? En de rest bespaar ik jullie, kortom gewoon een oude vieze hotel.

Lovely place. Love to be here. Rooms are new. I didnt use TV. Wifi worked good. Food was great, hotel is directly at The Beach. Special thanks to Lukas for your tips and help. You made my holiday. All The Staff im The hotel is soo friendly. I will come back.

We liked the food, with a good variety, and the position close to the Peguera night life. Some rooms had horrible machine noises at night and Joaquin helped us changing ours with a more quiet one. The animation led by Daniele was great with memorable comedy shows 😁

We had a lovely weekend stay. The whole hotel was really great, front of the sea. A big thank to the animation team for making my time there, Ana, Dani, Isa, Wiwi and the others. Restaurant was tasty and there was always something different, breakfast perhaps could improve a bit with different kinds of sausages. I will be back in July, thanks all the staff

Great location, you can easily enjoy the pool or the sea.plenty of shops nearby and activities. You can also take the bus to Palma for a day out. Rooms ok, cleaned daily and with superb views of the sea! Excellent choices of food, always varied, and not too busy if you timed it right otherwise a bit on the loud side and long queues at the lifts to get back to your rooms! Shame the crazy golf and tennis court seem out of order but the animation team were fantastic keeping us all entertained and busy! Pools and sunloungers always clean and available I definitely recommend!!!

Stayed for 6 days from the 21-27 April rooms were adequate but very small were clean and modern but paper thin walls could here people having a shower and could here people in the corridors all the time might be worth taking e a r plugs if you are a light sleeper rooms were nice and clean mattress is firm not a problem for us but each to there own now my biggest gripe were the shower towels I have given better towels to the local animal shelter they are small thin and rough I would definitely pack my own towel as were the sun bed towels low quality and awful I can only comment on breakfast as we were on a B & B basis so don’t know about the rest of food but breakfast was ok buffet style all the usual stuff eggs continental bacon beans you could always find something the only thing I would say is if you like a proper cup of tea take your own teabags the tea was awful the only other thing which is not a critique just an observation but the hotel is probably 90 per cent German but didn’t bother us would I come again probably not but we booked last minute and it was a cheapie but the resort and beach of peguera was very nice but wouldn’t come back to this hotel

I spent a week at this hotel, leaving yesterday. It's clean, modern and in a brilliant location. The staff are friendly as a whole but no more than Tina on reception who made a real effort from arrival through to me leaving to ensure I was getting the best experience. You can tell the difference between people that do the minimum to meet their job description versus people that are genuinely very helpful people, and she was the latter. Abril on reception was also great and handled a situation really well rather than hiding behind red tape. Although the hotel is great, I think the staff make the real difference in whether you would recommend or visit again and because of the mentioned people, I definitely would. Thanks for looking after me :)
