The best Experience. Excellent living conditions, delicious and, most importantly, varied, fresh food. The service is excellent without being intrusive. I recommend it and for families with children. Ocean water in the pool!!! I really don't regret my choice.

After reading some reviews after I had booked I must admit I was a bit apprehensive, but a week at this hotel has left me feeling so much more relaxed than I have been in years and I can confirm that not only are the staff friendly, the accommodation spotless and the food excellent, the few small issues we did have were sorted within hours. The view from our room was amazing, the reception area was lovely, the bar was so welcoming and every time it was the meal-time window we were excited at what we were going to try. Yes there are a lot of stairs.......or hills depending on which side you walk up..... but the hotel is on the side of a huge volcanic hill so there is not a lot you can do about that. The only thing I did find annoying was there was no air-con within the room and we had to hire a fan for 30 Euros for six nights (you could buy a fan for that price!). Other than that we had an amazing time. I will leave a separate review for the little shop in reception that organised our trips but they were amazing too. Huge thanks for making my wife and I's holiday so good.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 5 days it wasn’t enough all the bad reviews we were very worried. But what is everyone’s problem I don’t get it it was a bit dated yes but it was clean surely people don’t sit in there rooms for the whole holiday. The pools were great plenty of beds . Yes there is a lot of steps but there are other routes to where you want to get to just ask food is ok and drinks also. 1 euro for a drink cup is a great idea you get your money back but it stops all the empty plastic cups being spilt and left every where . Value for money exactly what it is I can’t believe the reviews being said the staff helped the best they can will definitely be back thank you to all staff at this resort Can’t wait to return

Very pleased with my choice of hotel, it's clean and staff are friendly and helpful. I asked at reception for a kettle instead of a coffee machine and within an hour it arrived. The food was good, lots to choose from - the wrinkly canarian potatoes are lush . Don't let the bad reviews put you off , I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the apartment I had was really spacious clean and well furnished. Had lovely views. Thanks for a wonderful stay ☺️x

Booked a last minute short break here with my husband. We won't be returning. The reception area is lovely, with a beautiful scent, but unfortunately the rest of the hotel didn't follow such standards. Our room was very clean but there were sockets hanging out the walls, the sofa bed in the living room area was falling apart, the cupboard doors in the kitchen were falling off and there was a very strong stench of damp in the wardrobes in the bedroom. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and you need to rent a remote control if you want to use the tv. The all inclusive option is not worth the money, there is not much choice (unless you like chips) and you'll likely have to queue to get into the only restaurant as it doesn't have much capacity. There was only one bar open when we were there and only one poor bar person working at a time, so expect to queue again here every day and night. Don't forget your euro for your cup! You have to rent your cup whilst there, so carry it about with you. There is no evening entertainment, unless you count one night of one game of bingo. And don't plan on sitting out past the bar closing time as they will switch off outside lights and security will "ask" you to return to your room. The pool beds are so worn they carry the imprint of the past 500 peoples butts and are very uncomfortable. I am aware that this hotel is only a three star but it still falls far below the standards expected for this rating. It needs a complete overhaul to bring it into this decade and to be safe.

It breaks my heart to read some of the awful reviews on here. Not only are they unfair they are also written by uneducated savage people that have no clue what a 3 star traditional Spanish hotel and expect a 5 star experience for a 3 star price!! This is my home from home hotel in Tenerife and either I come here alone or frequently with my sister and our friends. This was the 4th visit to this wonderful place this year and in total have spent 9 weeks relaxing here this year, with more weeks planned before the end of the year. Not to mention we have been coming here every year since 2017. There is a reason for this!! Blue sea Callao garden offer exactly what they say, a simple traditional service for a competitive price. To be honest it is cheaper to be at blue sea than it is at home, coupled with the beautiful sunshine that is a very rare thing to say. Every visit the room is spacious, clean and tidy. Lovely size, all you need in the apartment for a relaxed holiday. The staff and management are absolutely wonderful in every way, very hardworking polite and helpful. You are all my Spanish friends I look forward to seeing every time I visit. They tolerate with a smile every day some of the awful guests that stay here and they deserve much respect and applause for that. Pools are lovely, drinks from the bar excellent choice. I especially love the whiskey creme! Location is perfect and you have to expect steps given the hill the hotel is located on. Views wonderful, weather wonderful, always a sunbed to use. The hotel is working hard to update many areas and I have seen great improvement. If you come on holiday to inspect walls, doors and light fittings then I suggest you stay at home as a holiday at blue sea is about making the most of the sunshine whilst having all your needs met without having to do anything other than relax! If there is a problem it's sorted straight away and I have never had cause for any complaint in all my time here. Again the food , while similar, is of a good standard for what you pay for! Plenty to choose from breakfast, lunch and dinner. You dont need snacks throughout the day when you have 3 hot meals provided! The chefs try to make it interesting each time. And yes, you have the option of making your own food in the well kitted out apartment kitchen or walk into the town where you will find plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices. For the price you pay for all inclusive here, a meal out is affordable as well. I urge people to ignore some of the reviews on here and come and experience the wonderful value this hotel has to offer. I will never stay anywhere else in Tenerife, this is my happy place, always has been and always will be and I cannot wait to be back! See you in November my lovely friends and keep up the great work.
