Nossa experiência neste hotel foi maravilhosa! Adquirimos hospedagem para dois adultos e um bebê com o hot parque incluso, café da manhã e janta.
A recepção é muito boa, você entra com o carro na passarela em frente e já vem pessoas te auxiliar e com carrinho para carregar as malas, o carro do a guardado no estacionamento com acesso a qualquer momento, no chek in são fornecidas todas as informações e tiradas as dúvidas, recebemos dois cartões de porta e dois crachás magnéticos que serviram para toda a hospedagem e também toda a passagem no parque, nele é gravado as refeições e tudo a mais que se quiser comprar, acertando sua conta ao final da hospedagem. Jantar e café da manhã com várias ilhas de comidas doces e salgadas para todos os gostos. O hotel possui piscina, lavanderia, fornecem toalhas para o parque (com custo) , os produtos de higiene são fantásticos l, água que tinha, ar condicionado e televisão. Espaço amplo e aconchegante. Todos os atendentes são atenciosos e prestativos, em especial na recepção o Sebastian que nós auxiliou várias vezes. Sobre o transfer para o parque, o mesmo passa de 20 em 20 minutos e nós nunca precisamos esperar mais do que isso ( apresar de algumas pessoas falarem ao contrário em suas avaliações).

Super attentive hotel staff. Super well maintained facilities. We enjoyed every moment. All meals with a good variety for all tastes. The transfer to the Hot park worked perfectly everyday. We were in four in a room and the hotel prepared very quick all beds for the kids.

By far one of the worst hotel experiences yet. First of all, if you are looking to stay in a kindergarten this is the place to go. The rooms was connected with a wall so thin that we could hear the people snoring and everything they were talking about, so no privacy at all. After 2 days we called room service to get our sheets and towels washed, took us 4 calls to the reception before something happend. Definitely choosing another hotel next time we are going here.

It was my business trip. Great resort one of the best resort in North goa. Great staff specially Pooja and Manoda. The food is tasty. Great support from front office team. Added in my fav place to stay in goa.

The rooms are simple, however extremely clean and enough. The food is delicious and the staffs are respectful and willing to help. I have been served a few times by a lot of them in the kitchen and in the room. I can’t remember all the names but I can recall Vinicius Oliveira and Raquelzinha that helped me quite gently. Anyway, I don’t want to be unfair because all of them were helpful!

I had an wonderful time staying here. The hotel is super clean with very friendly staff. Pedro Henrique at front desk was super helpful and provided useful information about the hotel and the area. I highly recommend this place. Perfect location near many restaurants and shopping stores.

Hotel péssimo! Os transtornos começam pela manhã, café da manhã sem reposição, chão muito sujo. O hotel fica longe do complexo das piscinas do Rio Quente, não permitem ir no próprio carro, é obrigatório o uso do ônibus do hotel que só passa de 15 em 15 minutos e leva 20 minutos para ir do hotel ao parque das fontes. A hotelaria é simples demais, as cortinas pequenas e não cobrem a janela, fazendo que as 6:00 da manhã já fique claro no quarto. O preço cobrado é extorsivo pelo que oferece. Não vale!

A experiência de ficar no Giardino foi muito boa. Um ótimo custo benefício e local para ficar com a família. Os peques também são ótimos, opções para todos os gostos. Tivemos uns contratempos no primeiro dia, porém a Amanda que é a supervisora da recepção fez o que pode para contornar e no final deu tudo certo. Aproveito tbm para mencionar a camareira Bete, que além de prestativa, nos tratou muito bem, sempre com um sorriso no rosto.

A pousada Rio quente sem dúvidas é um lugar excelente, piscinas, atendimento, espaço. Porém o hotel do complexo que ficamos o Giardino deixou muito a desejar. No dia que chegamos no nosso quarto nenhum ar condicionado dos 3 estava funcionando. Assim depois de umas 2 horas na espera e tentando na recepção fomos realocados de quarto. Na primeira noite o ar parou de funcionar na madrugada por causa de uma Queda de energia. Acordamos com bastante calor as 2 da manhã e só foi resolver as 3. O controle do ar estava péssimo, não aparecia nem os números no visor. Não era o controle original era um universal que precisava de um código para funcionar. No outro dia descobrimos que o ralo do banheiro estava entupido quando fomos tomar banho assim como o ralo da pia. A água não descia. No sábado fomos tomar um sauna na piscina do próprio hotel que estava em manutenção. As pulseiras descodificaram 2 vezes, tentávamos entrar no quarto e não conseguíamos… Muitas situações que para quem viaja a descanso se torna um transtorno. A comida do hotel realmente muito boa.
