We came from London to here and it has been the best experience we have experienced. Everyone is very full of energy here. The customer service is excellent and everyone made us feel very comfortable and happy. We will definitely be coming back here next time! i suggest everyone come here.

Poderia apenas melhorar o cafe da manhã e um pouco mais da limpeza do quarto. O hotel tinha muitas tesourinhas.

O hotel é bom, tem seus quartos como ponto forte, é espaçoso bem mobiliado falta Tv no quarto de casal, os quartos sao grandes e bonitos, o cafe da manhã, almoço e janta não tem muitas opções mas é bom. Infelizmente não tem toalha de piscina isso todos hotris disponibiliza, o wifi é uma mierda muito ruim é melhor o 2G do celular, é isso mesmo nao errei o 2g é mais rapido do q o wifi do hotel. Tem 3 piscinas apenas, o nome Marina é aleatório não tem não tem nada perto do lago q é bunito,,,, poderia ter feito algo igual o hotel do lado fez.

Alimentação no geral muito boa , um atendente nao foi cordial no bar, as piscinas gostosas e os quartos muito bons o atendimento de quarto foi excelente.

Muito bom, tudo perfeito!!!
Uma pena as porções do cardápio serem não muito boas e o sofá cama da sala é impossível dormir nele.

Atendimento pessimo da recepção e ótimo dos bares e restaurante. O sistema apart hotel dos aptos não funciona, pois não adianta ter fogao se não existe nenhuma panela e nenhum utensílio de cozinha para isso . Tem uma placa dizendo pra lavar as louças mas não tem bucha nem detergente, nem pano de prato . No meu apto tinha apenas pratos , garfos e facas e copos, mais nada . Nem colher tinha . E só pude usar uma vez porque não tinha como lavá-los. As toalhas estavam todas rasgadas e roupas de cama totalmente encardidas . Uma vergonha!! E vc tem que implorar para serem trocadas mesmo estando encharcadas . Tive que acionar o gerente pra isso . Achei a recreação boa e o pessoal do trapézio nota 10, muito profissionais !! A internet do hotel não funcionou nenhum dia!! Eu não me hospedaria novamente
