I was promised a service a day before (I already knew they had it by reading online) and when I asked for it the lady in reception told me they wouldnt be able to deliver. I was dissapponted since it was a reason that I was happy with the selection of the hotel. I dont know if they realize that we come from very far and expect them to deliver what they promise.

This is a great location near everything in downtown manizales, breakfast was great plenty of choices, and te staff was pleasant and very helpful, i highly recommend this hotel.

Was great value for the price. Though the building utilities are getting a bit dated. The reception staff especially Mr. Andre Rios was very helpful. Breakfast could have been better. But I guess for the price it was okay. Overall very happy with the stay.

The staff were friendly, location was great. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I had a suite on the 8th floor.
My only issue would be the site advertises AC and they do not have air conditioned rooms.
That being said it appears no hotels in Manizales have AC either.
The price and quality are good and I’ll be staying there again on my next trip which is already booked.

The hotel is very old and outdated located in the middle of trafficked downtown…service however was exceptional…staff always trying to accommodate. Lady GM of the hotel always interacting with guests, getting feedback etc..I really appreciated this. Even with a low score, I would stay back at this hotel for the level of service received…they even found me a lost cell in a taxi…I am in debt

Clean rooms, excellent service, wonderful food, and excellent art. Highly recommended. Everybody was very helpful and kind. The buffet was delicious. excellent, awesome, thank you to everyone who works there.
