30034 Flora Residency

One of the Worst hotels, I ever stayed. I have booked through Travel Triangle (agent Aeroplane Hospitality, Delhi). After reaching the hotel, 1st question was to deposit the balance of merely Rs.8000 out of a total package of 65K. As we were 04 members (a couple and 14 & 15 yrs kids), it was expected to have an adjacent room, but they provided a standard room (instead of Deluxe as booked) in both rooms very far away and without any window and backside of the hotel. (Be aware of their fraud). The worst service... staff does not have any ***ners to talk and on any complaint raised to them they show their smartness... It seems that the Owner is also least bothered as to what is happening in his/her Hotel. Very untidy rooms and no hygiene at all. Lots of Cachores. Will Never Ever Suggest Anyone For This Hotel. The Air-condition Not Working Properly, Cable TV off Tata Sky Showing De-Activated. No Maintenance Person is available. Very Dirty Floor & Very Dirty Bed On Check-in.... The restaurant is the worst and without any taste and a higher price. Breakfast with limited items. Very small swimming pool.
