Thank you for making our stay full of fun memories. Special thanks to the entertainment team to take care of kids and engaging them with activities and the food at the Italian restaurant with the view was exceptional

So much to offer - beautiful location with possibilities of walks in the local area. Wonderful beach. Several pools for the kids. Lots of food options. Small supermarket nearby for everything else. Great play areas and entertainment for the kids. Only noteworthy minus for us, was that the evening entertainment was fairly loud and late when we were putting our small kids to sleep.

An amazing facility that has created memories that will last a lifetime! This was our first holiday abroad as a family and our 3 year old had THE BEST TIME! The pools are fabulous and access to the beach is really easy. I cannot speak highly enough of the children’s entertainment team - they were all super fun, energetic and definitely made the difference for us. Beautiful venue - albeit a long transfer was required to get there, but, worth it if you want to avoid more of the mass tourism.

Went with my 15 year old and he was bored games room the Xbox was broken arcade was small and some things broken entertainment was not the best. Definitely not worth the 2 hour transfer. Can't see how it's a 4 star +. There is nothing in the place either if you are going out you need to get a bus or taxi to another town which we had to do as we were self catering, this hotel is not good for self catering and also they don't accept cash in the place either, you need to scan your braclet and pay at the end of your stay. Just glad we were only there 5 nights

Hotel about an hours journey from Palma. Kids club staff amazing with loads of kids activities. Hotel is spotless and food is good. Beach short walk away.

- I recommend staying in this hotel to people who value proximity to nature. Right next to the hotel there is a large network of paths along which you can walk in the mountains. - We really liked the animations and child care - our child was delighted. - The selection club stay turned out to be great - the views, intimate breakfasts on the terrace, heated swimming pools and additional benefits are worth it! Thanks to this, we rested without the crowds of other people. - We really liked the professional attitude and friendliness of the staff. - Views of the mountains and the sea, unpolluted by other buildings - just nature, great!

So I’m a sucker for a review and always check them before I book somewhere. The reviews on here make this place sound absolutely amazing and like Majorca’s version of Disneyland for kids. Well unless you’re travelling with 2-4 year olds then I would avoid this place. Yes the entertainment team are very friendly and seem good with the kids we’ve seen in the mini club but again unless they are aged 2-4 there’s nothing else for them. I came with my husband and 8 year old and there is nothing here for her to do. Night time entertainment is amateur at best and repeats every week so I’d avoid booking 10 days or 2 weeks. The hotel looks great and overall is ok. Nice and clean mostly. We came all inclusive and waiters were always on the ball so you never had to wait for a drink but the quality of the drinks is not great more so cocktails. Pina colada is more like fruit juice… The hotel is right at the other side of the island so transfer is at least 2 hours after dropping everyone else off and there is nothing here for you to do unless you can rent a car and drive to other places or pay a fortune in taxis. There’s 2 shops and a rent a car place. If you’ve got a young child aged 2-4 and happy to sit round the pool all day doing nothing then this is the place for you. Absolute over hyped place.

Room needed a refresh - was clean but a bit run down in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Canteen was very good - very good range for breakfast and evening meals and good wine and beer which was included in the price for us.  Parking was a bit tricky but do-able. The local beach area was nice and quiet and the facilities for kids where pretty good. The whole place kinda reminded me of a Spanish Hi De Hi.

We thank you for a pleasant stay at the Viva Hotel. Always, when visiting Majorca, we choose the Viva Hotel accommodation due to the rich animation offer that they provide. The animators at this place are full of energy and ready, at any time, to do what ever they can to make the stay more enjoyable. Cindy - animator from Argentina, made our vacation better than any other. Her smile, energy and engagement pushed us to already plan our vacation at the same destination next year. Cindy has become a core memory, since thanks to her we have taken part in zumba, aqua aerobics, volleyball, archery, yoga and much more. Cindy is an amazing person and the hotel is lucky to have her in their team.
