MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family

We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was fabulous and the staff are amaizing. The food is great and plenty of choice. The entertainment is okay.... typical holiday entertainment! But enjoyable none the less. We enjoyed the whole experience so much, that we have booked the same hotel again for 10 nights in June 2024.

This was our first holiday for me and my friends abroad and I’m so glad I picked this hotel. Amazing location, kind staff, great buffet (food was never the same changed every evening) and beautiful room even though we had the junior suite (cheapest) this was still lovely! So close to beach Cala ferrera. We will definitely be returning again hopefully soon! Hardly any negatives on this hotel that disturbed our experience!

Fantastic hotel, amazing staff and the best animation team we have ever experienced. We visited for the second time in August 2023 and will be returning for a third time in August 2024. Great place for young and old. Beautiful surroundings. Town is a short walk away, where you can go shopping, experience other restaurants and also go to the Marina. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone 😁

Family holiday with our youngest children, stunning hotel in ideal location for the beach, however not great for mobility impaired accessing the beach. I would recommend here for the relaxing environment and the gorgeous gardens. The animation team work so, so hard keeping the childebeasts happy and occupied. Cocktails and beer were good, cocktails made fresh not from a pre-mix all staff very pleasant and happy to go the extra mile to ensure you had all you needed. Our youngest had a trip to the Doctor and then Hospital while we were away, the hotel staff were very supportive and offered to help if we needed it. Thankfully we hired a car anyway so it was easy for my husband to take him where he needed to be. Food was typical all inclusive, fresh fish and meats and all kinds local delicacies, perhaps a bigger choice for children would be better. We have been to other hotels in Majorca that have specific children’s food areas, while I appreciate these are huge hotels set up specifically for that audience something a little more child friendly would be good. Sleep quality wasn’t amazing, not sure if that’s due to hard mattresses and two nurses of 20 years dodgy old bones laying on them 🤣 the rooster was amusing he had no sense of time he was shouting good morning at all times of the day. Slight issues with room cleaning and a huge tile loose in the bathroom (was safe as it would have rested against the sink had it loosened any more) All in all good value for money for a family week away

Buffet was never hot, and not much variety of food if you don’t want meat or fish. Even though you are all inclusive you still have to pay for some drinks there not all included for example a strawberry daiquiri is an extra 5euro, yes you can upgrade at 14euro per person per day, but why should you when you’ve spent all that money for all inclusive in the first place. On the positive side location is perfect.

Fabulous week stay at the hotel with the family, excellent staff and all very happy to help. Hotel pools and facilities was perfect for what we needed. Quick service at the bar and wide variety of food at the buffet restaurant. Location fab to get to the beach opposite the hotel and a short walk to Cala Esmeralda beach. Also a 5 min walk to a ***** of shops and restaurants. Small comments it was a little noisy outside our room early in morning, as where the housekeeping office was and could hear them preparing for the day/talking and also the refuse trucks picking up the rubbish. We found sofa bed was comfier than main bed so we slept on that but we didn’t mind.

Overall room accomodation was excellent, as was the staff politeness and professionalism. The location is good with a selection of good bars and restaurants within walking distance along with Cala Ferrera beach. Our biggest issue was the evening food in the restaurant, which was poor quality, limited selection and often lukewarm. That said; the breakfast was more than adequate, despite again the temperature at times. Cleaning left a little to be desired with cat feces being left on our balcony, along with the unusual lack of any bin in the communal area to facilitate rubbish disposal, we had to bag this ourselves and leave it out, although it was only taken after 4 days when we left it next to the small bin in the bathroom.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Marsenses hotel . We stayed on the adults only side , we had a lovely spacious room with a comfy bed. There was everything you need in the room equipped for our stay. The food was excellent and the staff in every department in the hotel were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location near the beach and the town with shops, bars and restaurants. 15 minutes to walk to the harbour in Cala door. We enjoyed our stay here so much we will probably return soon

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights in May and had the most wonderful and relaxing time. The entire hotel complex is beautiful, from our room with large patio and Balinese bed, to the beautifully manicured gardens leading down to the very attractive pool area and bar/restaurant. The pool area had a chilled vibe and there were always sun beds available. The hotel had only been open a few weeks when we stayed and we did experience a couple of teething problems, however, these were swiftly sorted out by the very efficient and hardworking maintenance team who are a real credit to the hotel. The food was really good, especially breakfast, a great selection, everything you could ask for, mainly buffet with a small selection of cooked to order items, all of a very high standard. We even had a harpist serenading us one morning, I’ve never had that before! All the staff were very friendly, especially Aline the guest experience manager who it is clear is very passionate about her job and making sure her guests are happy, and she was such a joy to chat with. The hotel is in the perfect location right on Cala Ferrera beach, easily accessible down some steps by the pool. A couple of minutes walk from the hotel are plenty of restaurants and shops if you don’t fancy the ten minute walk into Cala D’Or centre itself. We had the most amazing time at this hotel and will 100% be booking another stay!
