酒店衞生臟，被褥不乾淨，安全設施不可保證，房屋老化嚴重，廁所相比公廁，這四星酒店相當於招待所，不建議入住。反正我check in 看了房間以後，即刻就要求取消申請退款。反正我是一天沒入住，平台和酒店還是要求收取我兩天房費。平台説有和酒店協商，但從開始半小時回覆到兩小時再到一整天。建議各位就算預訂也直接從攜程訂，這樣取消的話比這個trip效率多 tip'一開始要求取消訂單，平台給我回復是半小時，我就沒拍下相當於公廁的廁所，衹是把床鋪衞生拍了，唉。悔不當初，建議入住酒店就先多拍幾張照片留底吧

It’s is the worst hotel I stayed in , I’m not sure how they rate them 4 stars , here are some highlights of my terrible experience I arrived with my sisters at 2 am , the room was full of bugs , no internet AT All, literally at all , and I do t have a local Egyptian line I asked for water and they said I have to wait till cafeteria opens at 9 am ????? The room was full of bugs and ants. The staff were super rude , only one towel in the room , I asked for additional towel because we were two in the room, the response came from the housekeeper saying ‘ after you finish from the towel give it to your sister to use it, we only provide one towel per room????’ Once they started filling the pool with water , it shut off on the cabins , you can’t flush the toilet till they finish? They’re is no lobby that you can stay in if your flight is late ? I can go on and on but I will never ever recommend this hotel for any one Don’t get fooled with the 4 star rating it is not true

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. I had to mop bathroom floor after every shower because the bathroom flood. Had to fight to get my laundry back.

The room was good but the the area is very noisy at night. Does not get quiet until midnight at least. The air pollution from the nearby cars and the trash in the Nile in front of the hotel are depressing. It’s such a shame.

Staff friendly, breakfast brought to the room in the mornings, relaxing balcony right on the nile

Do not expect 4* hotel, room is poor furniture is old with new paint, good view, room is clean but bathroom is wet, swimming pool opening to 4PM and then training started ,staff was helping but not professional.

We stayed here for 1 night. The staff were all extremely friendly. The view was nice overlooking the Nile. The pool was the public pool of maadi, it was nice with lanes to swim in. Females swum at a different time to the males. As far as I’m aware most of the day was male swimming. The breakfast included was awesome, it was traditional Egyptian breakfast. I would definitely recommend going here.
