Great location, the city center with a large shopping mall just two blocks away, within walking distance to the ferry terminal. Cozy apartment, very friendly hosts. Strongly recommend.

子供の春休み期間に滞在しました。 まずは勘違いしてはいけないのが、ここがホテルでは無く、アパートである事を理解することです。 自分で身の回りの事を用意、必要に応じて買う事ができれば、とても素敵な場所です。 ケアンズショッピングセンターや主要施設へのアクセスは良好、レンタカー駐車スペースも困らない、プールも宿泊者だけなのでほぼ貸切りで利用できたり、ベランダも自由に使えたり、なによりオーナーの気さくな挨拶が何より好きでもっと滞在したくなりました。 私達は日本からのフライトが早朝なので、到着日前日から予約しましたが、事前に入室方法他をメールで教えてもらえたのでそのままシャワー、休憩した上で午後から元気よく遊べました！ 持っていって良かったのはボディソープと柔らかティッシュ、欲しかったのはテフロン加工のフライパン位でしょうか？特に何も思いつかないですね… 基本的になんでも揃っていますし、無ければスーパーか向かいのリジェクトショップでなんでも買えますよ！ 楽しい旅行を！

位置不錯，步行的話10分鐘可達購物中心（超市和購物），25分鐘可達郵輪碼頭。工作人員非常友好。房間的衞生需要改進，入住的時候床單有些黴漬，很多傢俱有灰塵。還有些用品如鍋碗、電器略顯成就。總體來説，性價比還行。

시간이 늦어 무인 체크인과 무인 짐보관을 했는데 아주 매끄럽고 좋았습니다 벌레나올까봐 긴장했는데 3박4일간 벌레 코빼기도 못봤습니다 식기세척기랑 전자렌지 있어서 너무 편합니다 남는 식재료나 물건들 쉐어할수있는 공간이 있어 편리합니다 리셉션의 여자 사장님은 아주 친절하고 여행지 추천을 도와주셨습니다.

廚房衞生沒有到位，餐具都不乾淨。環境不錯，去超市夜市都不遠，服務人員熱情迴應及時

Our stay was comfortable..location was great..calm and quiet surroundings..only downside was that our apartment was on the first floor and we had to carry the bags upstairs..we cdnt find the lift..but everything else was exactly as promised ..kitchen is fully functional..its a clean and comfortable apartment..we stayed at 2 bedroom apartment..there was a washer and dryer in the apartment, which was a great help after snorkeling.. Aircon was working fine and the balcony and view were very nice...overall, it is exactly as described and we are very happy with our stay..

Super accomodation very well equipped unit very quiet excellent hosts clean tidy and friendly would stay again.Took us so long to find what we wanted and theses self contained units were perfect awesome hosts

City Terraces was in a great location for us, easily walkable to all the main sights, convenient for tour pick up and with dedicated managers Will and Lyn to boot. You can tell that they have put a lot of thought into what makes a guest comfortable away from home and little touches such as the freecycle section and library were utilised by us and it was great to be able to leave behind items we bought but could not consume. I was also taken by how neat their recycling and bin areas were when we went down on our last night. Yes, the place is aging in spots and yes issues do happen, however we were impressed by how quickly reported issues were rectified and overall, you can tell Will and Lyn take pride in providing a great product, this is visible in the upkeep of all areas of the property. Thank you for providing a 5* stay, we will be recommending that our friends and family consider City Terraces when visiting Cairns.

I have mixed feelings about this property. We stayed 4 nights and, while overall the experience was quite good, there’s a lot that could be improved upon. We were supplied with one teeny-weeny bar of soap to service both shower and hand basin (no shower gel), although the manager readily supplied more when I asked. The TV in our bedroom was not working, for which he apologised. The kitchen was quite well equipped, but there were bits and pieces of crockery, cutlery and glassware, with not much of it matching. The floors throughout the apartment are in need of a deep clean and the complex as a whole is in need of a makeover. That said, the apartment was comfortable, with a good-sized balcony (ours overlooking the lovely pool) and we had everything we needed. It was quiet and conveniently located to Cairns Central, Rusty’s Markets and the Esplanade. We were particularly grateful for the complimentary bike use. We only dealt with Will, not Lyn, but he was always friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 6 nights as we were attending a wedding in Palm Cove. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The complex was quiet, the pool was lovely and the apartment was spacious. I liked how they were environmentally conscious. It was easy to walk to the supermarkets and also the centre of town and the foreshore. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, close to be able to walk to the Esplanade and supermarket. The area was quiet and safe. We made use of the complimentary bikes to ride to the beautiful botanical gardens. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Very friendly helpful reception from Shelly when we arrived. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Pool area also really nice. Everything spotlessly clean. Borrowed a couple of bikes for a day. Will was super helpful and v friendly as was Lyn. 10 - 15 minute walk to the Esplanade so you are nice and close but don’t get all the noise. Great value for money and would highly recommend. Had a nice family feel to it.

We spent 4 nights here and found this whole complex fabulous. We felt safe and the apartment was spacious and clean. Had a lovely pool and bbq area. We highly recommend. Good location as well, close to Cairns railway station and shopping complex.
