The service at the hotel was good. However, the refund of the deposit is very late. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company. All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed. Hotel check-in date is April 16th. Today is April 26th. 13 days have passed.

因為多了一個小童，不讓住，酒店訂滿也換不了房，不讓取消。白白花錢就這樣，有小童的訂房慎重。看仔細房型讓不讓帶小童再下單。

服務，環境太好了，酒店靠海景色也特別美

너무 좋았어요! 꿈같은 호텔이였습니다. 별관이라서 수영장과 조식먹으러는 좀 걸어가야했지만 가는 길이 너무 이뻐서 또 다른 즐거움이였어요. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다👍🏻 다시 팔마에 가게된다면 또 가려고요. 조식도 꼭 드시고 호텔에서 오랜 시간을 보내시기를 추천드려요.

비수기에 가성비짱인 호텔 발견.. 머무는 5일내내 친절한 직원들과 조용하고 여유로운 느낌의 숙소 덕분 힐링했습니다. 수영장이 따뜻한물이 아니여서 아쉬웠지만 스파를 예약하면 무료로 하루에 한번 이용 할 수 있습니다. 시내도 가깝고 바다랑 붙어있는 숙소 여서 여름에 가면 너무나도 더 좋을것 같아요 머무는 내내 행복했습니다

5성급 호텔인만큼 서비스나 시설 모두 만족스러웠어요. 벨보이도 있고 발렛도 해주셨네요. 허니문이라고 남겼더니 숙소에 카바 샴페인 준비해주셨구요~(비용은 별도) 직원들도 모두 친절했고요 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹었는데 재즈 공연해주셔서 너무 행복했네요! 대신 음식은 가격대비 맛이 쏘쏘였어요 ㅎㅎ

I hardly even have words to truly explain how amazing our experience at Hospes Maricel & Spa truly was. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with friendly and accommodating staff and a glass of cava. The check in process was incredibly easy, and we were transported to our room on a golf cart, along with our luggage, which was carried up to our room by a staff member. The room was GORGEOUS, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private soaking pool and deck area. They also decorated our bed with rose petals as it was our honeymoon. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need. The shower was HUGE, as was the tub, and there was ample storage space. The staff brought us water and chocolates a few times, which was delightful. The breakfast buffet was to die for- we could have stayed there all day. Highly recommend adding this to your reservation. The selection was huge and the food was delicious. In addition to the buffet, you could order hot items like eggs from the staff. There was also coffee service and champagne. They had ample vegan and gf options, too. The pool area was the highlight for us. The gorgeous salt water pool overlooks the ocean. There are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas and you can order food/drinks right from the poolside bar. There was also a private ocean entry point, which we enjoyed. Be sure to bring water shoes- the ocean here has lots of rocks. On Wednesday, we made a reservation for the jazz dinner on the terrace and had the best meal of our lives - the food plus the ambiance made for such an incredible experience. The staff that served dinner wasn't the best (forgot some items, didn't check in for long stretches) but this did not dampen our experience. We got massages in the outdoor spa area overlooking the ocean, which was truly a dream - I fear I may never be as relaxed as I was in this moment! The area around the resort is extremely walkable, with cute shops and restaurants to check out, but honestly, we didn't leave the resort too often because we just loved being there so much. I can't stress enough how incredible the staff was - whenever we needed something, we could call them or stop at the lobby. When we wanted to make our massage appointments, we simply let them know a general preferred time and they handled booking and sent us a text with all the information. Overall, our experience was amazing and WELL worth the money. We can't stop raving about Hospes Maricel and can't wait to come back with friends and family!

This was a short 4 night trip for business meeting, although my partner travelled with me and we enjoyed some time at the hotel and in Palma This place is really stunning, a beautiful building particularly from the rear and looking out over the sea, we sent time swimming in the seas and the lively pool. The service for drinks, food etc was outstanding. (Although they don’t take orders from the sun loungers) Stunning views from the restaurants and the rooms. Make sure you are in the main building else you are opposite side of the road (accessed under the road, so it’s safe) but the views are obscured and whilst you get a hot tub on the balcony I’m not sure they are worth it compared to the main rooms in the building. I will return here again and hopefully again, absolutely loved it.

We had the honour of celebrating our wedding at Maricel - it really was a great day! Everything was made possible not only by the beautiful weather and our wedding guests, but also by the wonderful hotel facilities, the service and the great care! A big thank you goes to Alejandro and Andrea! We would have loved to have enjoyed the facilities a little more for ourselves, but of course that wasn't possible during the wedding and the preparation and follow-up work. We will definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to seeing you again sometime!

The breakfast with Juan Pedro was amazing. Spectacular views of the water and private beach with amazing 9 course breakfast with cava and cafe. Highly recommend. The meal starts with your choice of caffeine—espresso, cafe and then you move into the experience. Beginning with two digestive smoothies/drinks and tasting plates varying from tuna, pork and lamb. Each dish is uniquely served and plated. The meal ends with multiple desserts and cava served throughout.

Excellent expérience not to be missed! The view is unbelievable and the service immaculate! 10 servings, with great variance highlighting the local products, complimented with a good cava. Be sure to make a reservation before as this is a popular venue.
