Avoid This Hotel - Deceptive Photos and Terrible Service I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise potential guests to stay away and consider other options. When making the reservation, the photos on the hotel's website looked promising. However, upon arrival, I quickly realized the reality was far different. The room I was assigned was in a separate building, a staggering 17-minute walk away from the main facilities. This wouldn't have been as much of an issue if it weren't for the scorching heat and frequent rainstorms, making the trek both uncomfortable and inconvenient. The building itself was shockingly subpar, more akin to third-rate accommodations. The room was small, dingy, and far below the standard depicted in the photos. When I approached the front desk manager to request a different room, I was met with resistance. He insisted on charging extra for an upgrade, trying to convince me with more misleading photos. By this point, I had lost all trust in their promotional images and insisted on seeing the room in person. The "upgraded" room was an absolute nightmare. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with an overpowering smell of mold. The room was musty, damp, and I couldn't stay there for more than a minute. It was clear that the hotel was more interested in squeezing extra money from guests rather than providing a decent experience. To add insult to injury, the surrounding neighborhood offered nothing of interest or value. It was a bland, uninspiring area with little to no amenities or attractions. In summary, this hotel is deceptive, poorly maintained, and offers terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations. There are far better options out there that will provide a much more pleasant and honest experience.

I was happy that they decorated my villa to celebrate my birthday and the staff was very pleasant. My villa was a long walk from the actual property and any amenities. I was extremely upset with the number of pest and insects I had to deal with and there was constant construction all day from early in the morning. I also had no view, no view to rice fields and no view to the outside. You cannot do any of the activities they offer as a solo traveler do not stay if you are a solo traveler.

Останавливались в отдельно стоящем комплексе на 4 номера. Большие и вкусные завтраки, хорошие виды на рисовые террасы, неплохое местоположение. Отличный интернет. Претензии только к шумоизоляции между номерами, ее нет, нет от слова совсем. Если за стенкой сосед, вы будите слышать даже шепот, не говоря уже про храп

Отель вызывает смешанные чувства. Хорошее обслуживание, но отель очень старый и требует ремонта. Дом нормально закрыть нельзя, везде огромные щели. В туалете стекла и сетки на окне нет) просто улица. От этого создается ощущение что спишь на улице рядом с кузнечиками, лягушками и всякой живностью. Много комаров в доме и на улице. У нас был двухуровневый дом, места много. Завтраки вкусные, цены в кафе средние.

We got exciting and perfect family experience here. Quality family time must everyone have. Our second time revisit this resort, and this time we found some enhancement within. This time (we revisit at June 2024) we watch some children playing big kites in the afternoon. We may hear some nature voice such as frogs, insects, birds.

Magical place where you can feel the balinesse culture. Surrounded by beautiful rice fields and secluded from the modern civilization. You can meet many local people and get to know their traditions. And the staff was so kind! Cant recommend enough.

What a lovely place to stay. The view from the hotel is wonderfull and peaceful. From the stay you can walk easily trough the rice fields to a small village. It's just wonderfull. The rooms are also nice, with a good bed, big bathroom and air-conditioning. Definitely a place to go.

Beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by nature and rice fields in a small village but still conveniently located near the sights in this part of Bali. I experienced amazing hospitality and the beautiful Balinese offering ceremonies. I stayed in a Balinese house room which is simple but comfortable with own terrace but they also have modern rooms overlooking forest and rice fields. There are no eateries within walking distance but they have own restaurant with variety of local and western dishes on the menu.

I stayed in Umasari for 2 months by myself as a 21 year old woman and it was wonderful. In Bali everyone is very kind and welcoming, but at Umasari especially I felt part of the family. Service was great and they tried to help with everything they could.

Loved this stay. Simple, beautiful, affordable. The staff went out of their way to accomodate me with whatever I needed. I even was invited to meet family and see their family compound. This is not just a stay but also a cultural experience.

This was a fabulous place to stay for 4 nights, in the rice fields in a small village where vilagers' lives are real and authentic. The staff were warm and friendly, always happy to help us with our Balinese language. The food was nice and fresh and the Wooden House was a treat to stay in. I would recommend Umusari to anyone wanting a relaxed, authentic Balinese experience.
