距離地鐵站很近，走路2分鐘。傳統的酒店，燈光有點昏暗，辦公的時候，需要把所有的燈給打開，整體還不錯，是一次很特別的酒店經歷和體驗。

Het was een eenvoudig hotel, prima voor een nachtje naar zou hier zelf geen uitvalsbasis van maken voor bijvoorbeeld een citytrip.

酒店位置交通還可以 前面就是火車站 到阿姆斯特丹還挺好方便 附近有公園 早上可以跑步散步 酒店房間和床要比國內小太多 不能比

幫朋友定的房間，還可以。洗衣粉外面去，方便。早餐可以，位置方便，火車站隔壁。周邊吃飯逛街很方便。 安全係數高，酒店管理OK。

Serita was very accommodating, couldn't do enough for us. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea. Rooms were a good size, clean and bright. Coffee machine and hairdryer in the room. Beds comfy! Hotel right next to the station perfect location!

We had an awful experience at this hotel, and I regret ever staying here. I strongly urge others to avoid this place. The staff were unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. Despite our right to check out at 12 PM, our door was knocked on at 11 AM, simply to confirm we would be leaving. We had checked in very late and had only managed to get a few hours of sleep. As our sleep was broken by them, I informed the staff that I might need to check out a little later, but at exactly 12:10 PM, the hotel manager came to our door, threatening to have us removed by the police if we didn’t leave immediately. My son was terrified. Instead of offering an apology for disturbing us earlier or resolving the issue, the manager continued with rude behavior, even worse than the staff’s. While I was discussing the issue with the manager, a member of the cleaning staff also joined in, further escalating the argument. This lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I was only 10 minutes late, which I had already explained, yet the situation was handled in the worst possible manner. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very central .. steps away from train station terminal. Nice lobby and reception. Very good welcome from receptionist. Room was small , as was the shower and toilet area, but clean . Single beds were a bit uncomfortable. Two hallway lights were not working and I reported it the first day . They were never replaced after my 5 night stay. Nice breakfast , but a bit expensive. Housekeeping came before 12 on two days , and was told to come back later . Went out by 1 pm , but room was unmade when I returned. Otherwise, a nice stay in comfortable, safe area.

The staff at reception were so lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and as expected. Everything worked and there was a free hot drink machine downstairs. We had an emergency (bed bugs) and had to leave our original hotel and relocate here in the middle of the night. Our friends staying here told the receptionist and they sorted out a room for us at the next availability, and made sure it was clean and ready for us. Location is lovely too as bussum is soo nice, and not far at all from amsterdam.

Das Hotel BASTION in Bussum liegt ausgezeichnet für einen Besuch von Amsterdam oder Utrecht. Der Bahnanschluss direkt vor der Haustür und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben nix gehört. Parkplatz hinterm Hotel (kostenlos) Einziger Minuspunkt, Frühstück nur bis 09:00 :-(

Prima verblijf gehad, erg goede ontvangst. Leuke en betrokken medewerkers, met name assistent hotelmanager Laura, zij maakte van ons verblijf een feestje. Ontbijt was uitstekend, veel keus, niets om op aan te merken. Ook het avondmenu was goed verzorgd. Kamer was niet groot maar zag er uitstekend uit. De ligging van het hotel kan niet beter, de trein stopt voor de deur, we waren in no time in Amsterdam. We hebben daarnaast hele leuke routes kunnen fietsen. Hotel heeft verder wel een kleine upgrade nodig, met name de gangen en het buiten terras.

Kamer was prima en op de begane grond en niet gehorig!!! Alleen de stoeltjes zijn niet voor wat grotere en zwaardere mensen. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was goed verzorgd, maar ook in het restaurant zijn de stoeltjes niet comfortabel voor grotere en/of zwaardere mensen.

Er zaten mieren in de kamer, verder een ongezellige kamer. Deuren werden geblokkeerd door schoonmaakkarretjes. Het is wel fijn dat je vroeg (14:00) kan inchecken en laat (12) mag uit checken. Ik denk niet dat we er vaker zullen gaan komen….

Zeer luidruchtig. Schoonmakers laten je niet slapen en staan al voor 9 uur in de kamer. Plus het gebonk van andere gasten niet grappig ontbijt voor 17.95 is wel heel duur als er weinig is en geen keus. Nee had wat beter gekund. Kamer was wel netjes. Maar service en eten gewoon slecht.
