I had to cancel the reservation due to COVID. Called ******* who then got in touch with the hotel. The hotel did not want to issue a refund nor a credit. Even whne i told them that I travel to Burlginton quite a bit for work, our head office is 5 minutes away. I also got in touch with the hotel and told me that COVID is now considered a normal flu.. Basically ******* and the hotel were contradicting themselves but ultimately, the hotel had to give the final approval to issue credit or a refund and DID NOT! That is what ******* told me There is absolutely no empathy and the answer i received from the manager was tasteless.. Bravo, I will no longer stay there. Newsflash, service applies prior to booking, during and after!!
