Cassa Lepage Art Hotel Buenos Aires

I really liked the location near La Plaza de Mayo and La Puente de la Mujer (＜1km). Adjacent restaurant was good as was the En Mita Café nearby. No need for taxis though we only stayed one night. Comfortable mattress and large en suite. Plus the in house museum and art exhibits were a welcome plus. It feels unique and helped me feel much more connected to BA than I would have had I stayed at a more retail hotel.

The Casa LePage Art Hotel was a very comfortable place for us to stay in Buenos Aires. The staff was very accommodating as well, and had very good recommendations for dinner in walking distance. The Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero, and San Telmo areas are all in easy walking distance. We would stay here again.

I am so glad that we stayed at this hotel from our cruise through South America. We had a beautiful room looking over an old church, and the bed was super comfortable. Even though I speak very little English, the staff made such a great effort to communicate with me, and they spoke Pretty good English in case you’re worried about that. Do not expect a Sheraton or Marriott, this is a beautiful restored old property with a huge bathtub and shower and bidet and great water pressure. The linens in the bathroom were fine the bedsheets were always clean and housekeeping was immaculate , one of the best things is that right next-door and connected to the hotel is a Peruvian restaurant which has the absolute best seafood I have ever tasted. My husband and I went there on Valentine’s Day and started with a wonderful glass of Maulbeck, the Parmesan scallops, the grilled trout, and the salmon. In fact, we ate there twice during our four night stay! The only thing that I gave four stars to where the amenities as they only have bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner, and robes (however, the robes do not have a tie!). This hotel stands on a property that has been in Buenos Aires since 1713 and has gone through many different businesses. They have excavated the basement so that you can tour the museum down below the first floor. Again, if you want a beautiful, friendly and clean hotel That really exemplifies the history of this lovely city. Please stay at Casa LePage Art Hotel.

Only a night stay in an upper level room that was just perdect after a long vacation. Rejuvenated for a long flight home. Advice for eats etc. was great. Staff wonderful even when training.

Really nice room, hotel really nice with art and historical artefacts all around. Brilliant location just off Plaza de Mayo. Safe, staff very observant.

Beautiful boutique hotel only two blocks from Plaza Mayo. The history of its renovation is clearly visible as owners are mindful of the architectural heritage of these old buildings. But the rooms and common areas are spacious and modern.

My stay was fine, breakfast was small but OK. Room was good. OK property overall, quite large rooms. but this property really needs a pool and I do think they can build one. I was there in December and it was longing for something to cool me off. Hotels with pools in BA don't offer day passes so if it's important to you book a hotel with a pool on hot days.

Very beautiful small hotel with a museum showcasing its restoration from Victorian times—impressive the update made to preserving the building. The hotel signage is very discreet, we almost walked right past. Room was lofty with big windows which we opened to the courtyard below and to the sound of singing birds in the morning. Bathroom feedback: No shelves or counter space to put toiletries or hang clothes when shower ring. Overhead lighting not useful for applying makeup. Reading lights needed for both sides of the bed. Only one was supplied and we had to break out our headlamps. Location was ideal for walking to the Plaza de Mayo, Féria San Telmo and Puerto Madero. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful too, especially with where to exchange money. Numerous dining options nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay!
