Overall experience was ok, fresh and modern environment. Staff was nice but the cookie provided for me as a member was stolen by the cleaning staff. The hotel is stationed near a working site where you will be woken 7am and sometimes there is sounds from the site at night time, due to winds etc. Also classical stuff like hard closing doors etc idk why generally hotel company's have it that way. Would never write this review if it wasnt for the cookie. My philosophy is if one is able to take one little cookie also able to take personal belongings. That is why after two night's I put the don't disturb sign. The cleaning staff also didint always refill the water in room which is not the norm. Ofc would not receive water if I put out the don't disturb sign so those days are not included in that regards.

Really beautiful hotel. New, great rooms, shower is the best. Beds are great but you need to include new pillows!

New is always new but in this case, it wasn’t. Our room had a leaky window seal, which caused irritating noise from the construction yard on the other side of the street. Our room door had to be slammed 3-5 times so it would lock. The ac didn’t work for the whole time we were there, resulting in 25-26 celsius room temperature. The staff was great though!

Me and my family have stayed at this location multiple times and even have sent some friends and family to stay at this location. We have always enjoyed our peaceful quiet and spacious stays here but this time was not the best we arrived to our room noticing and pool of water under the toilet once we realized is was coming from the toilet on our way out we let reception know expecting a change of room or at the very least the mess to be cleaned up we came beck to our room to see it was not cleaned up only worse and we would not be getting a new room unless we wanted a smaller one and that someone would be by in the next day to clean it and fix it the next day someone came to clean it, but no one came to fix it. We stayed for three nights with a leaking toilet, even resulting in our five year old slipping we’re going to the toilet at night. We had used glasses for drinking left in the room from the previous tenants. The spoons were also used, resulting in us having to request some fresh glassware and cutlery. The staff was very kind and very polite. Although I do wish that this man it was handled much better than what it was four days three nights with a leaking toilet was pretty upsetting. We also never received a follow up call about changing rooms on the second day and no one ever came to look at the toilet or attempt to fix it.

Generally good on all counts. Breakfast is quite good although the staff need some incentive to be polite perhaps. At dinner it's a different story, staff were great and some of the Asian fusion food was fantastic. Recommend the wasabi prawns! Rooms are nice, receptionist was very good
