We regret the misunderstanding at the front desk, we assure you that was not intended at all as we strive to offer for all of our guests the most pleasant stay. We do not recommend to drink tap water, in order to avoid any possible side effects that may occur. However, we shared your message with our team in order to improve communications skills that are very important in hospitality business. Your feedback is most appreciated as it helps us correct any misbehaviour. In this matter we are reviewed our procedures in regards with take away breakfast, in order to avoid this situation in the future.
