三人房，房間挺大，布魯塞爾比較老式的酒店，服務態度中檔，早餐每位15歐。不算貴，但選擇不多，看上去很不豐富。位置方面，不貼市中心，但也不算遠。總體性價比一般，有點偏貴。

The hotel is conveniently located in a beautiful area of Brussels. The rooms are comfortable, we have asked for a large room, and it was on the 7th floor with a nice view. The beds and the pillows are fine and the hotel is very clean. The staff at the reception is very polite and the do their best. On the other side, there must be a Manager .... somewhere... but nowhere to find!!! I asked to talk to her and for 15' she was busy talking on the phone and she never revert . My complains where: 1. There is no restaurant available after 14:00 on a week day. For a 5 star hotel this is unheard of. 2. Upon our arrival we asked for a late check out( at 15:00) . A very polite girl at the reception asked us to remind them the day before( why????) The fact is we forgot to remind them our request and the day of our departure we received a call telling us that we have to empty the room because the service ladies are leaving.... We stayed for 4 nights and my general impression was that the management had no interest to serve the client at all.

We had a 4-night stay in this hotel during our recent visit in Brussels. The hotel was very good from all points of view: reception, fast check-in, luxury guest room with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, althouth breakfast could be better. Finally, the location of the hotel was excellent: just outside from the city center, but in front of the Merode metro station (only 7- 8 min to the city center) and within walking distance to the European Parliament.

The hotel is not large but nice and quiet. Very polite reception staff. Good size room, also quiet.
No free bottled water
Tv did not work (they admitted that they had had something when I mentioned it at checkout).
The restaurant seems to be nice but was closed on Monday evening. I was very tired so was happy to use room service.
Breakfast okay but when I arrived a bit after nine (breakfast available until 10) most trays were almost empty. And when I took my breakfast items most trays became totally empty. They did not bring more until I was almost finished when another client made a remark about it. I will probably stay there again but if breakfast trays are empty I will immediately request more to be brought and not assume they do it on their own.
But mostly I liked the hotel and as said, will stay there again.
