The first I came ,the reception was very bad. They charger extra money which was not including in my order

This is a good place to stop over. The bikes at 10 Euros makes it a very good location. Very family orientated. A bit annoying having the laundry lorry outside your room at 7am but overall I would recommend and return. Towels are very small for some reason

Staff were absolutely amazing very knowledgeable about the area and events for the city, room was beautiful a great comfortable place to stay. A little out of the city's however the hotel partnered up with a local taxi firm for half price fares

We absolutely loved our stay!! We had the most lovely evening meal, my boys lived their pizza, husband enjoyed his lasagne and I LOVED my risotto!! The room was lovely and the games available in the hotel lobby were great! Overall such a lovely experience and the hotel looked lovely decked up for Christmas x

Lovely family-friendly hotel, staff couldn’t be more helpful. The taxi service into the city centre was really handy on a very busy wet weekend. The bathroom was probably due a bit of a makeover, but overall we had a really nice stay.

Loved our stay at the hotel, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Bar staff were especially fruendly, would definitely stay again and fully recommend it!!
