Lovely place to hang out by the ocean. Lovely view from the rooms. Nice garden. Some things need to be updated though. The sun chairs were literally falling apart when I adjusted them. But would definitely return.

Hotel needs a little audit to check post covid issues. But location, sunset view and warm and attentive staff will merit revisit.

蟲子很多，冰箱噪音很大，但是服務態度很好，酒店早餐很好吃，這邊追海豚的話很方便，步行到沙灘上就可以哦，

不是很好，空調一點都不行而且不安全，在郊區裏碼頭有一段距離

外觀還湊合，房間太老舊了

"We spend 3 nights here in Suite Garden SeaView. The room was unbelieveable, it so clean and comfortable. We also could to see sunset from our terrace and it was our best experience ever in our lives. Nugraha Lovina is the hidden amazing place in Lovina. Really recommended."

Amazing food, freshly prepared, chicken was cooked to perfection, spring rolled are really good. Peaceful and beautiful view! Stuff is very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend place to stay or even just to stop by for a quick snack or lunch/dinner.

We had a really great stay the Hotel located beautiful right at the sea. Staff is amongst the most friendly and helpful we have experienced. They helped to arrange dolphin safari, fishing and a day trip to waterfalls, local markets and hot springs. Hotel are not new, but everything worked as it should. Restaurant was also quite OK.

The very friendly staff received us at a nice location that looked promising at first glance. However, the hotel is outdated and needs to be renewed. The rooms are aweful and worn down with no proper light in the bathroom and stains all over the floor. The worst was that we woke up to numerous insect bites (not mosquitoes) from the beds. Swimming pool water is not very clean and kids did not enjoy it. Breakfast is ok, with limited choices, eggs were good. On the bright side, dinner was better than expected. I do have to say that staff really tries. They were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed, even complementary trips to the city and to bringing us to our alternative hotel that we booked for the remainder of our stay here. We only stayed here 1 night… I think the hotel has potential but needs investment to bring up to level again.

The property is good and located in the right place rest everything is dated. You would not like to stay there after reading below 1. Room are dated everything is old in regards to the stars given to the hotel. 2.there is no proper restaurant to eat and breakfast is notfree so people be aware 3. There are plenty of lizards on the property and they crawl linto the room and that is a big red flag.my daughter was scared and never slept well. 4.pool area is okay but not much interesting fact about it. 5. The only plus is that the property has a beautiful architecture and views. 6. I did. Not eat there but ordered for carryon meal. 7. Over all the property is good from outside but mediacore dron inside.
