We have just returned home after spending 5 nights in Bruges at this amazing B and B. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room, beautifully decorated, welcoming, friendly and helpful host, and the breakfast has to be seen and tasted to be believed!! Outstanding. You wouldn’t get better in a high class hotel.

Joeri & Broes (who have recently taken over this B&B) were great, friendly hosts and we were welcomed with a drink by the fire (gas) on our arrival on a very wet afternoon in the open plan living/dining area which was very relaxing and decorated tastefully for Christmas and has huge doors out to a private terrace. The house itself is absolutely lovely with extremely high ceilings and a beautiful, warm homely feel to it. It is in a great location in a very nice neighbourhood yet only about 7 minutes walk to the main square. Our room on the top floor (lots of stairs) was very spacious with a large bathroom and big shower. Breakfast each morning was very plentiful and varied. Our train on the final day was in the evening but as no guests were due in our room the next day, Joeri let us use the room until our afternoon departure time which was very kind and generous of him and really helpful for us. We would definitely recommend this B&B.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming property over the Christmas holiday. Our host was gracious and welcoming. The property is beautiful and impeccably decorated while still feeling homey. The neighborhood is right outside of the main tourist location and easily accessible by foot. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! A beautiful bed and breakfast and a lovely place to stay over the Christmas holiday. Joeri and Broes were warm and welcoming. Excellent homemade breakfast to start the day. The property is on a quiet street and only a short walk to the square. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bruges.

My wife and I stayed three nights at Maison Amodio (our first visit) and had an incredible experience! Geert and Henri are superior hosts, thanks to years of experience in the hospitality business, but bolstered by youthful attitudes and energy. Attention to detail is their hallmark…from the presentation of breakfast items each morning to their nearly supernatural ability to anticipate your needs and questions. Breakfast was delightful: fresh croissants, a curated selection of cheeses, bespoken eggs, etc. They are also long-time residents of Bruges and are therefore full of helpful information and tips. It’s unusual that I can’t offer any constructive criticism concerning a stay, but quite frankly, there was nothing to criticize! This is a first class B&B that we will definitely return to again and again!

Superb! Lovely welcome from Yoeri and Broes who were wonderful hosts throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and the atmosphere very calming. Breakfast was a special treat every morning. 10 out of 10 and a definite recommendation for anyone looking for somewhere special to stay in Bruges.

I’ve been wanting to write a review since we came back. We arrived a bit late because of a train delay but there were no issues at all, we gave them a call and they waited for us :) We were pleased with the place as soon as we crossed the door. The living room is super cozy and they had lit candles, a christmas tree and very tasteful decoration all over the place. The room was modern: very comfortable mattress and pillows; we are actually wondering which brand they were because we want to buy the same! The shower had good pressure and we had nice white bathrobes. Breakfast was served every morning with fresh pastries, yoghurt, fruit… Some mornings when we didn’t have big lunches booked in the city they made eggs and bacon for us. They have a nice terrace with heating where you can sit and relax and have a drink. There’s a little fireplace as well. Two of the nights we ended the night with a gintonic in the living room. I loved the glassware and the dishes they used to serve food and drinks. You can see they enjoy to collect antique pieces. We stayed there for my birthday and when we came back that night they had a little gift for me, too sweet! I recommend this place to anyone that wants to spend some time in Brugge, specially if you’re a couple, it’s very romantic and gezellig. Thank you for everything, it was a pleasure to stay at your stablishment.
