The hotel is placed in a wonderful location, right below the Sigmundsberg Chapel and just few minutes outside the citi of Mariazell. There are many playground for the Kids, indoor and outdoor, and an indoor pool for adults and small kids. The personell is prepared and always ready to meet customers expectations, but most of all, very friendly and warm. We have been there twice this year, and we will visit the hotel again for sure.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the town of Mariazell. A car is needed. Perfect Allrounder for families. Great breakfast buffet and dinner buffet selection which meets everyone’s needs. Quality was better than expected. The hotel has great children facilities from indoor playroom, table tennis room, swimming as well as playground. Enough to keep the children entertained no matter the weather. The hotel was clean and service was very friendly. A pat on the back to those who work in the hotel behind the scenes. Room itself was small but the beds are comfortable plus a large hall into the rooms made up for the room size as it was perfect for storing family luggage. We came as a group with other families and we would definitely return.

Das Gesamtpaket war einfach super. Das Hotel ist toll, die Gegend und die Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen und um die Landschaft kennenzulernen, ist als Familie hier perfekt. Unser kleiner hat sich schnell mit seines Gleichen bekannt gemacht. Die könnten sich richtig austoben.

Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck, ist aber in einigen Bereichen schon in die Jahre gekommen (Badezimmer). Die Größe des Zimmers war okay, doch der Kleiderschrank der hinter eine Türe verbannt wurde war etwas schwer zugänglich. Das war auch schon der Tadel, jetzt folgt das Lob! Das Personal, besonders im Gastronomiebereich war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in seiner Vielfalt hervorragend und geschmacklich ein Traum. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr gemütlich und die Erholsam. Das Gesamtresümee, wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Wir sind durch Freunden auf das Hotel aufmerksam geworden. Das erste mal waren wir im März 2024 dort und jetzt wieder in Mai 2024. Wir haben uns beide male Halbpension genommen. Zimmer war spitze Essen war super und ausreichend. Preis Leistung voll in Ordnung. Gerne wieder

Das Personal war sehr professionell und nett, das Frühstück lecker. Die Natur und das Schwimmbad sorgen für Erholung, die Spiele (Tischfußball und andere) für Spaß im Hotel. Mariazell ist sowohl mit dem Bus als auch zu Fuß durch einen schönen Wanderweg gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Dreibettzimmer ist sehr klein Die Qualität und das Angebot beim Abendessen( Buffet) war erschreckend, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht vertretbar Das Schwimmbad war sauber und in Ordnung Die Begrüßung und Informationen beim Ankommen waren dürftig Die Mitarbeiter:innen wirkten desinteressiert

Top Preis/Leistung Super Essen, schöner Pool, freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer, schöne und ruhige Location. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und keine Möglichkeit um Lebensmittel / Getränke zu kühlen.

Das ganze hotel besonders sauber Personal sehr freundlich und perfekt für Kids mit Eltern...auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und haben vor der Tür einen tollen auslauf..mariazell ist 2,5 km zu Fuß entfernt
