Good for price

Seemed like a recent remodel. People were great. Enjoyed bar and restraunt, will stay in future.

Average hotel. Noisy pool with lots of kids. Room was adequate yet incredibly dark, having no ceiling lights and only 3 lamps.

Be prepared to hear doors slamming all day/night and people talking in regular voices in rooms next door.

The property is great and has been newly renovated. The area around the property is pretty rundown. Not much to do in the area.

Overall I liked the stay. The customer service was excellent so that made other things minimal. The room condition was a bit tattered and unkept, but overall clean

Upon checkout I was informed the $150 hold on my credit card for incidentals was per ******* poicy. While I find it hard to believe, it is excessive for the one night stay at this particular property.

The front desk did not want to honor my reservation, first room had no heat. It was a hardship to move as I am disabled.

The in house restaurant was delightful thanks to our gracious hostess, Karen. Definitely went out of her way, to make us feel like we were home. Food was outstanding and reasonably price.

It was a good stay. However….two issues. I wanted to use the fitness center at 5:00 AM and my room key would not open door to pool area where the center was located. I waited for 10 minutes at the desk in the lobby for help and no one was there. Also the server for breakfast was dismissive and uncomfortably rude when she was asked for help. Not big issues but genuinely annoying. I would stay again, but with some hesitation

The check-in system was down. Waited in line 1.5 hours! Otherwise nice hotel and staff.

Very nice, clean hotel. I had a reservation, but caught staff in a shift change and had to stand at the front desk for 5-10 minutes to get checked in.

Convenient location off highway Dining options right at the hotel are limited

Reserved and paid for my room, got three and I dealt with someone with a nasty attitude and basically told me she couldn’t accomplish me, going thrrough the motions as we speak you get the $148 I spent for one night and was taken off my card.
