It's disappointing to hear about the issues with the dirty plates and pots, as well as the lack of towel and laundry detergent replacements. Unfortunately, during your stay, we were experiencing unforeseen hot water outages this being for the safety of our guests. We were on priority with our provider to have them repaired as soon as possible but they were unable to say when the hot water would be brought back online. I can report the hot water have been brought back online, with preventative measures now in place to prevent a reoccurrence of this nature. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
