It's dated but this adds character and for thr price the place is phenomenal, it's clean, the staff are really friendly, I'd definitely stay again.

Room sympathetic cozy bedding but slightly cold and no view friendly place

Everything you’d need for an incredibly good price. Room was comfortable and clean, slept brilliantly. Great view of the pier from the window. Perfect location - a couple of really nice restaurants within metres. Would highly recommend Bay Leaf (Indian) and Sawadee (Thai). Service when checking in and out very friendly and helpful. Lovely stay - thank you!

Place is disgusting , rooms and furniture are dirty, shower is rubbish, noise all night with people praying

It was well located, there were many restaurants around the hotel. The room was also big enough for 2 people, and the staff were friendly! The building is quite old, so the stairs is very narrow, so it might be hard to go up if you have a big luggage, and the wall is quite thin too.

It was a boutique hotel in a central yet cosy location and run by kind and professional people. We felt very safe there and it made a great base for our Brighton trip

Couldn’t wait to leave - hotel is filthy and needs a desperate renovation. Old dirty furniture, broken lights, dust everywhere. I felt very uncomfortable and would’t be paid to stay here again. Avoid if you value any sense of comfort. Only good things were the location by pier and price but you get what you pay for and a few more pounds for a decent hotel would be best.

hii I book the room for 1 night stay. I reached on the hotel 7pm and nobody on reception i am waiting outside of the hotel 45 minutes and the hotel room is very dirty and the reception man is very rude behaviour he don’t know how to talk with coustomer. i have my life baddest experience in the hotel it’s totally ****.

Hotel staff very unfriendly and even tho there on business when handling a short meeting they where very inquisitive and nearly interrogated my business colleague, and hotel felt very old and in need of refurbishment for £10 extra could of booked the durys inn.

Overall experience its an average hotel to stay.

Quite convenient to the train station.
