地理位置還算方便，房間清潔情況理想，空間足夠，早餐也可以。

Hotel was excellent. Location was in a really nice area. Breakfast was good value and at a decent time for finishing 10-30 on am weekday and 11-00 at the weekend..only downside was the cab company tHe hotel used. It was a company called ANNES CARS. We got a car for 5 of us to go to Ealing 2miles away no price was offered before the journey no merer in car. When we arrived at the destination he driver demanded £25. Totally outrageous. After our night out we managed to flag down a London Taxi. He took us back for £14-80. If anyone uses the company the hotel pushes make sure you get a price before going. Apart from that it was a great weekend in a wonderful part of London

Stayed here previously and it was just as good. Good service, nice room and great breakfast. Good location for Kew Gardens, Richmond and connecting to the rail network.

Great location for Kew Gardens, you can walk about 25 minutes or catch number 65 bus. Hotel rooms clean but very hot, air con did not help as it would only go down to 19. Only 1 towel left in room, we had to ask at reception for another as did several others which seems to be a common issue, just place the towels in the room and save staff the hassle. Breakfast choice good, just really strange white runny scrambled eggs.

This hotel is in an ideal location for visiting Kew Gardens or Richmond (you can catch the 65 bus almost outside the hotel). Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for twickenham literally got on the bus straight outside. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Car places tight but we were lucky and arrived early enough.

Chaos in hotel with hardly any staff, breakfast was a joke, totallly disorganised and staff shrugged shoulders when customers complained and smirked !!!

Our room was basic , the bed was ok , but the breakfast was shambolic, they ran out of cooked food , eggs , bacon , sausage , beans and mushrooms and we had to wait 30 mins for more food to come out it was obvious some of that food had been sitting under heat lamps. the tables weren't being cleaned and drinks machines not working . the hotel was at capacity but clearly could not cope with that level of guest numbers that morning . staff were asked but were very reluctant to give answers . getting money back is almost impossible , but they would have to reimburse everyone that morning . Greasy spoon cafe over the road for me if I stay again , better quality food better service , freshly cooked .
