An amazing little hotel just off the Main Street. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were a very good size and clean and well decorated. Breakfast was in a nice court yard and plenty of options and good serving sizes. Really impressed and would love to return one day.

Top experience to be in this vineyard! Beautiful and large room , with a very nice personnel! Welcome wine drink and very good food at the restaurant. From dinner to breakfast, a top choice! Will be back soon!

upon arriving at the hotel the staff was super friendly. so helpful and polite and willing to help. the location of the hotel is a great and beautiful Franschoek. the room was okay it felt more like a Airbnb than that hotel. it was not what we expected and not for the price we paid. the room felt a little bit updated and they were some essential items missing. there was also no milk for your coffee and no coffee at all. if you want to order something you had to add an additional hundred rounds to get it delivered to your door. some of the things and the room let it felt outdated. the view of the parking lot is also not what was expected. the beautiful views were across the road in the hotel. The pictures was a bit misleading and disappointing when arriving to the room.

The staff was always on hand and very helpful especially in the parking garage in the evening. Breakfast was absolutely heavenly. The best eggs benedict with smoked salmon I've ever had with real hollandaise sauce and real english muffins.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. However the rooms looked nothing like the pictures they changed the decor of the rooms. I was offered a different option that was acceptable, however they should definitely update pictures online.
