Khách Sạn Có Phục Vụ Bữa Sáng Tại Quận Cam

Một khách sạn đáng để giới thiệu Đi bộ đến công viên Disneyland khoảng 10-15 phút, đi bộ thẳng, gần khu mua sắm và 7-11, CVS 24 giờ. Thuận tiện. Khách sạn rộng hơn, phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi, mình mới thuê hai đêm, đêm thứ hai không đi chơi, phòng mình chỉ thấy pháo hoa Disneyland.tuyệt vời. Bãi đậu xe - được bảo vệ bởi cổng, $ 32 một ngày, đó là tốt. Chỉ cần dịch vụ giữ hành lý của khách sạn Nếu bạn quay lại muộn hơn một chút, họ phải rất lâu mới ra ngoài. I stayed for 10 days. When I checked in late at night, the hotel didn't have a hot water dispenser, and there was no kettle in the room, so I asked the male staff at the front desk for hot water for coffee, and he kindly boiled it for me in the restaurant. A few days later, I bought instant noodles from the hotel's shop for a late-night snack and asked for hot water, but the elderly female staff at the front desk refused, saying it was only available until 10 pm, even though it was 9:55 pm. That same female staff member also refused to have my room cleaned when I requested it before going out, saying the cleaning staff were busy, and the room wasn't cleaned when I returned. (The room was only cleaned 3 times in 10 days, so I had to call every day to request fresh towels.) The housekeeping and restaurant staff were kind and friendly, and the pool was clean, but next time I'll stay at the Marriott Inn next door.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Đi Disneyland ở California nhất định phải ở khách sạn Disneyland, quá tiện lợi. Mình ra ngoài xếp hàng lúc 7h sáng và về khách sạn lúc 12h tối mình ở lại 2 ngày và rất tiện lợi khi sử dụng Gens+ ở California rất thú vị bạn không nên bỏ lỡ nhé! Sau này, tôi chơi Universal ở Los Angeles, và nó có cảm giác tương tự như ở Trung Quốc, có thêm tham quan và Mario. Cá nhân tôi nghĩ rằng nếu chọn một trong hai công viên thì Disney hẳn sẽ vui hơn, đặc biệt là Adventure. Công viên.

Ngoại trừ phí đỗ xe là 28 đô la một ngày, tôi thích mọi thứ về Khách sạn FERO về dịch vụ khách hàng, tiện nghi và sự sạch sẽ. Điểm tôi thích nhất ở khách sạn là vị trí thuận tiện đến Đường liên bang 5, Trung tâm Honda, Sân vận động Angels, trung tâm mua sắm có thể đi bộ và các nhà hàng.

Cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn rất đa dạng và rất tiện lợi. Điều đáng tiếc là thái độ phục vụ không được thân thiện cho lắm. Tôi và các con đến khách sạn lúc một giờ chiều. Quầy lễ tân nói rằng không còn phòng trống và yêu cầu chúng tôi quay lại vào khoảng ba giờ chiều. Bốn giờ chiều, quầy lễ tân sắp xếp một phòng cho chúng tôi gần thang máy. Chúng tôi đi lên Sau khi xem phòng, chúng tôi quay lại quầy lễ tân và yêu cầu họ đổi phòng. Trẻ em có thể bị đánh thức bởi tiếng ồn vào buổi sáng vì ở gần thang máy và chúng tôi định đổi sang phòng khác, nhưng nhân viên lễ tân miễn cưỡng và chỉ nói: ”Tôi không nghĩ vậy nên chúng tôi có phòng khác.” phòng cho bạn!”, Vì chúng tôi ở 3 đêm và tỏ ý không thể nhận phòng quá gần thang máy nên nhân viên lễ tân đã đến trình bày với quản lý, quản lý liền nói có thể đổi phòng cho chúng tôi. Nhưng ba đêm rồi, giường ngủ không sạch sẽ, ngày nào tôi và con cũng bị côn trùng cắn, tay chân và lưng cũng bị ngứa ngáy, đau nhức.

So với những khách sạn rẻ nhất trong khu vực, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có dịch vụ dọn phòng và bữa sáng kèm theo. Vì là phòng không có rào cản nên phòng tắm không có bồn tắm. Chỉ mất khoảng 20 phút đi bộ, nên bạn có thể đi bộ đến công viên mà không cần phải chờ xe đưa đón. Mặc dù đắt hơn khu vực xung quanh, tôi nghĩ nếu giá khoảng 20 đô la một đêm, tính cả phí Uber, thì đây vẫn là lựa chọn đáng cân nhắc.

The room was nice, the only problem was the internet didn’t work, they said they would send maintenance no one came. I requested house keeping no one ever came as well for the new bed sheets that were needed. We also didn’t receive new towels for the 2 days we stayed even after we requested them.

The staff were very friendly. I took the Amtrak train and arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was able to check in around 10 a.m. and felt so happy. The hotel is located close to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
