Check in process smooth and fast. Good customer service no issues with my documented service dog. Breakfast in the morning was good had a nice variety. Bed was amazing. No complaints

Our car was broken into in the parking lot of this hotel and nothing was done to stop or prevent this. We will never stay here again.

Love the hotel. Staff: very friendly Location:very convinet, 5 mins walk to a mall. Environment: Cozy and clean. We'll definitely atay there again when we visit Eugene next time.

This is my first stay at this hotel, but it was amazing! This hotel is nearby the station, so If you are going to take a train, It is the best hotel to stay. The room was little bit dark, but the interior was so unique and clean. I will choose this hotel next time.

這一家飯店基本上地點離交流道下還算是方便，但是感覺稍微舊了一點。室內的空調聲音太大，會影響睡眠。早餐似乎還可以更豐盛一些。整體來說，是一個舒適的一晚，但談不上奢華。

設施：比較單調，沒有更多的設施，早餐也沒有什麼可選擇的，衹有貝果和麥片和咖啡，wifi很差 衞生：很乾凈 環境：門口就是星巴克，出行很方便 服務：非常棒，前台很熱心。我們行李比較多所以要求一樓的房間，給我們安排了一間（房間燈光很暗）
