The view of the Lake is just spectacular. The service was so great. It is just a 4-minutes-long taxi journey from the JR station. The rooms and the onsen are also nice.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

One of the most comfortable mid-range hotels I have ever stayed in after at least 80 nights in hotels in Japan. And the extensive breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had.

Một khách sạn suối nước nóng tốt Có một quán bar trong khách sạn mở cửa đến 24:00. Uống hai ly sau khi ngâm mình trong suối nước nóng sẽ rất sảng khoái. Bữa sáng và bữa tối đều được phục vụ theo kiểu tự chọn, với các món tráng miệng và đồ ăn Nhật Bản, phương Tây cũng như đặc sản địa phương Shimane. Bạn cũng có thể mua thêm các loại rượu vang và nếm thử rượu sake Nhật Bản từ các nhà máy bia khác nhau trong khu vực Shimane.

Habitación bastante pequeña y encima la mitad del suelo estaba elevado por una especie de estante de madera que me hizo tropezar un par de veces. Baño común demasiado caliente y no muy cómodo. Había un sofá de masaje pero creo que estaba roto y muy desgastado. Solo había 1 ascensor funcionando y no era cómodo. Personal de recepción muy atentos y me dejaron en la habitacion la maleta que había enviado desde Kioto.
