NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhRoom layout is good. It’s not that big, but they set the layout really good so it still feels spacious. No closet, only a limited open space to hang your clothes.
I stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately I got lots of troubles during this stay:
1. After checking in, I went to my room immediately, and turned out it’s a super messy room (another guest just checked out and they didn’t clean it up yet). So I had to go back to lobby and asked for another room.
2. In my new room, the AC got leaked and it dripped constantly as long as the AC was on. I had to put a bowl, container, or whatever it is. Already told the staff, he said he would follow up. Nothing they did until the day I checked out.
3. On my second day, I couldn’t even open the room door with my own room card. Guess they only set the card for one night only, so I had to go back to lobby again. They just reset without explaining why it happened.
Actually the staffs were very nice and friendly. Just all those troubles gave me impression that this hotel isn’t professional enough.
Breakfast was good. Not many options available, but good enough to fill your tummy. Location is great. Room is clean. Limited parking area but they had vallet service.

TTài khoản kháchHonestly, i LOVE this hotel. I always travel during low season because i always look for peace and silent days during my metime getaway.
I chose Amaranta because there is no more such hotel in Jogja that i thought would serve what i needed.
And i made the right choice!!
The room was spacious with open bathroom (can close if want to). The bed and beddings were crisp clean with fresh soft relaxing clean scents. The bed and pillows were all comfy and clean.
The balcony was spacious and offers Prambanan temple and Merapi mountain view.
The Roof top was nice, but quite windy.
The Pool is gorgeous at night, rather than day time.
The staffs were all friendly and helpfull towards my nightly requests.
I will definitely come back to Amaranta when i need my peace getaway in the future.

Great location .. a lot of eateries from udon to a nice kebab next door...
Breakfast was ok decent.. can't compare to the main artotel at thamrin... But service is kinda slow..
Rooms.... A bit worn down... Especially the toilet area.. tiles are slippery... Towels... Hmmm shall not describe much.. but for the price paid... Ohh well I guess not much complain

BBranden A FosterWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the air conditioning was refreshingly cool. The pool area was well-maintained and very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally courteous and even presented my daughter with a thoughtful gift. Overall, we have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel.

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaAs a memeber of Accor Hotels, I book mercure hotels in Jakartha and other countries generally. Here I stayed 2 nights in this Grand Mecure , Yog Yakartha. Firstly, this hotel is super beautiful and decorated, giving value to culture and heritage signages. Every where hotel artefacts matching with heritage Borobudur, prambanan.
Staff is very pleasant, polite, and always with a good smile, helpful, and supportive. Rooms are excellent. Special words should be placed here about breakfast . You can have multiple choices. Inluding Western, eastern, and traditional Indonesian foods and drinks. I think best break fast choices I have ever seen so far.
Restaurant staff also very nice. Bar staff memeber also very good. She somehow managed to provide food and drinks at the last moment last night. Not only that, the security team is also pleasant and helpful. Even though a bit far from Malioboro Street, staying here is fully worth it.

The rest are not up to expectations.
1. Location is far from town and airport.
2. Amenities are very old. A lot of things are spoiled and yet not replaced or repaired.
3. Because everything is old and dated, they look dirty too. Bedsheets are full of stains!
4. Water pressure of shower is very low. Take a long time to bathe.
I booked here just because the event I was going to was hosted in this hotel. Glad that I didn’t extend my stay after the event. I am sorry but I won’t recommend this hotel.

IIndra Suryo WicaksonoHotel dengan bangunan lama yang terletak di Kaliurang, apabila tujuan Anda adalah Lava Merapi Tour maka ini hotel yang sangat direkomendasikan.
Kamarnya bersih dan luas walaupun perlu ada peningkatan kualitas untuk beberapa item di kamar mandi.
Secara keselurahan ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus dengan kisaran harganya.
