FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.
Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.
Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth
Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.
Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

TTài khoản kháchTravelled to Cartagena ,, hotel was in a great location for city-sightseeing. Car park was 2 minute walk away and hotel gave a 15% discount off the car park fee. Breakfast was plentiful and had gluten-free options. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Great hotel!

WWendy88Muy buena ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad, el servicio de recepción es buenísimo, sus desayunos buffet de calidad, calidad en limpieza y productos, el minibar que tenía en la habitación un plus y su terrasa particular genial, a mi me funcionaron todos los servicios en mi habitación durante mi estadía. Volveré y seguro me hospedó con ellos

MMDELGADOMTNEZEl hotel es estupendo, muy cerca del centro histórico, del río Segura y del Puente de los Peligros. La atención en recepción fue genial. Nos recomendaron sitios para visitar en Murcia. El hotel muy limpio y la habitación perfecta. Y Murcia, una ciudad preciosa y limpia. Hotel y ciudad totalmente recomendables.

TTài khoản kháchThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

La Limpieza fatal, lo hacen lo más rápido q pueden sin darse cuenta de las cosas q de verdad tienen q estar limpias. Hay q llamarles varias veces a los de recepción para que te hagan caso sobre lo que pides.
Servicio del demás personal del restaurante y bar. Excelente 11/10 todos son muy buenos y profesionales.
