The hotel was a value for money. Parking was limited on first come first served basis. It was located close to a shopping mall but we didnt get to visit as we were on transit to Stuttgart and opening hours was short. Augsburg historical city was within a walking distance.

Wir waren zwei Nächte da. Alle wirklich alle vom Hotel waren sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das einzige was nicht so angenehm war der Frühstücks Bereich. Von oben hat es gezogen. Ich denke das war die Belüftungs Anlage. Wir haben einen Platz gefunden wo es ging. Aber Sonst war alles wie gesagt super. Wir können uns werden Euch weiter empfehlen. Nice and clean property. Breakfast options are good and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the tram line 2. Service is good. No front desk post 11pm, so make sure not to loose the key if returning late.

Excellent location, near the main train station. Also walking distance from Konigsplatz from where there are bus and tram connections throughout the city. Good breakfast menu for this type of hotels. Small room but cosy, clean and fully functional. Good and convenient place to stay when on a short business trip.

Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor. We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.

Am Abreisetag hat das Housekeeping bereits ab 8:30 Uhr mehrmals stündlich an die Türen im Flur geklopft. Dadurch wurde ich (und auch die Zimmernachbarn) ständig geweckt und konnte nicht mehr ausschlafen, obwohl die offizielle Check-out-Zeit erst um 12 Uhr war. Normalerweise ist es nicht erforderlich, am Abreisetag eine „Bitte nicht stören“-Karte aufzuhängen, da davon auszugehen ist, dass Gäste bis zur Check-out-Zeit ungestört bleiben möchten. Dieses Verhalten war daher sehr störend und hat meinen Aufenthalt am Ende leider negativ beeinflusst.

호텔 객실은 사진에 나온거처럼 깔끔하고, 엘레베이터 맞은편 방을 사용했지만 생각보다 방음도 잘 되는지 사람들 소리가 거의 안들렸어요 에어컨이 따로 있어서 놀라웠어요! 에어컨을 제대로 즐기고 왔습니다 🥰 침대 매트리스가 정말 최고였어요 👍🏼 수많은 호텔에서 잘때마다 매트리스가 불편해서 제대로 잠을 못잤는데 제대로 꿀잠 잤어요 🤩 Wahnsinnig gute Matratze, echt gut geschlafen 🤓 Ich kann dieses Hotel bedingungslos empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Augsburg komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 🙋🏻
