Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

發小跟我説發現了一個寶藏美景，拉着我從海口直奔陵水開啟了説走就走的旅行。開了2個多小時車的來到在富力灣裏麪一個兩棟別墅組成的海景度假民宿。當進入民宿大堂透過巨大的落地窗看到外面湛藍的海景我就震驚了。 這裏配套齊全，接待我們的店長很熱情，幫我們安頓好行李之後帶我們介紹參觀了一下別墅的配套設施，就如我拍的照片（渣渣拍照水平，現場比照片美多了），院子裏有大大的泳池，還有草地，有露營的桌椅，你可以暢遊，可以坐在躺椅上發呆，也可以來一杯咖啡靜靜看着大海。 別墅裏也提供訂餐，我們訂了海鮮大餐，味道真的贊。 要是能早起，還能到樓頂天台看日出，看着金色的陽光灑在海面上，一切都讓人心恍神怡。對了，別墅附近就是最美旅遊公路，看着那湛藍的海面，你會感覺一切都是恰到好處。

Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled service.

Beautiful hotel, but unfair check-in delays need to be addressed I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back. The Good: The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The Mixed: The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay). The Bad (and Important): The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room. Suggestion to Management: I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests.

This hotel is a nightmare. They demanded upfront for full payment and deposit and then claim that they didn’t receive the payment although it is reflected as paid on my phone(alipay). So for the rest of my stay, I was constantly bugged about this money issue (including calling my room at 10:00PM and demanding to check my phone (again!)for verification d of payment!). The only highlight is that the breakfast buffet is very good snd the lady manager of the restaurant is very professional. I believe she is the ONLY staff that is worthy to be mentioned. The staff needs to be retrained in service language, service attitude and professionalism in the hotel industry. What a disappointment of a holiday! Eventually after threatening to complain to 12345 , I got my deposit money back pronto. Never again to this hotel- nit worth the stress!!
