The hotel location is convenient, near the train station, malls, parks and zoo. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great. Would love to go back again.

Positives: - Perfect family resort with tons of activities for children to enjoy. Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

Clean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff greeting me warmly and making me feel truly welcome. Their professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for the entire stay. The lobby was elegant and spotless, creating a sense of comfort and luxury right away. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the crisp linens to the modern amenities, reflected a commitment to quality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and the well-stocked minibar, which added convenience and a touch of indulgence. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu with fresh, flavorful dishes that catered to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide selection of local and international options. The staff in the dining area were attentive and friendly, making every meal enjoyable. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area provided a relaxing escape. I also noticed the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and safety, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest, and any request was handled promptly and graciously. In summary, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service in a way that creates an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect stay, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Location: it just 4 mins walk to the Taichung Train station (not the High speed one), which is very convenience. Roon size: very small, but enough for 1 solo biz trip. Service: very family Breakfast: fair
