My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below).

Good hotel with close proximity to the train station and city centre. Rooms were great, we stayed in a sailing theme room on the first floor, room was very spacious with queen bed, two balconies and lake view. Windows had electronic shutters for complete comfort and to avoid early morning awakening. Breakfast had good choices of food and beverages.

本房型房間寬敞整潔乾淨，出門就是湖邊，天氣好的話對面的雪山湖泊美不勝收，距離奧委會很近。美中不足：1、衞生間與淋浴間隔着一個卧室，洗澡過程中要上衞生間就很尷尬。2、地板過於老舊，起碼要打磨上油才算體面。總之，瑕不掩瑜，是會再次選擇的酒店。

The hotel was a 3-5 minutes walk from the metro station, which is a 15 mins transfer ride from Lausanne's main train station. The location is very nice, with the Geneva Lake right across the road. An easy, straight line walk to the Olympic Park and museum. Coop downstairs for simple groceries. The breakfast was super good, quality food and cooking. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, service was very nice too. The breakfast here was my favourite along the way. Watching the sunrise by window seats was a bonus. The street was very quiet, overall a tranquil feeling during my stay. A number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well. The room was nice, they offered a personal care kit which was very helpful. You also get a free chocolate 😌

The location is good. You get off the Metro and take an elevator. Then the hotel is right in front of you. Less than 7 stops of Metro from the lake-side Ouchy areas. It is a walking 5-minute distance from the Lausanne Cathedral. One stop of Metro away from the areas where Brand-name shops situate. There is a large Coop supermarket just across the street. You can buy food there and cook food by induction-cooker. Cutlery and tableware are also provided in the room.

Abbiamo passato una giornata a Losanna. Nel centro vicino alla stazione e alla metro letteralmente due passi. Camera ampia con tutti i confort e una piccola sauna dove rilassarsi ad uso gratuito a fianco alla palestra

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne.

I have to say that as a traveler, this is the best youth hostel I have ever stayed in, no doubt about it. It is not only about the cleanliness and comfort of the environment, but also about the overall quality of the building. The floor design is very inspiring, simple and open, and the balcony design is cleverly used. only one thing isn't good: provide dinner in the hotel restaurant isn't good.
