The service was nice, when there was any problem they tried to fix it as soon as possible, location was not that bad, you have to walk if you want to see some sights but you can always take a bolt or just enjoy walking. The only thing I did not like was that I was there for 3 nights and they did not clean at all and you had to ask for towels, I do not know if it was just because I was there for so short but that would be the obly minus

A little dated but good sized room. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mamaison. The room was so spacious and such good value for money. The decor is stylish and the bathroom is so grand. There’s a few sofas and a kitchenette with every utensil you could need. The location is great as it’s only a 10-15 minute walk into town. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Mamaison Residence. Breakfast was wonderful everything very fresh . Apar**ent perfect and as description. Our only let down was we couldn’t use our VIP privileges as the hotel had no bar.

A lovely hotel. I had a very spacious room and enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast. One slight negative was the noise insulation between rooms wasn’t great.

Nice place, more focused on long term stay, in fact it is a big flat with all you need, the name of the place is a description by it self: "MaMaison" or MyHouse

The shower drain was not working, so all of the bathroom was wet with risk of overflow to the hotelroom.

The hotel is of a good standard and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms/apar**ents were a good size and nicely furnished. The only, but, is that we are 3 ladies over 60. Not only was the walk uphill from the old town quite a challenge, but the hotel car park is a cobbled slope and the entrance to the reception is via 2 sets of stairs one without a handrail. Distance to the old town was not a problem, but the slope getting back was a chore especially in the heat. Definitely don't want to take anything away from how good the hotel is, but think older people or people with mobility issues need to know
