O FLAT É BOM, MAS NÃO TINHA UM COPO, UM TALHER. PEDI COMIDA NO IFOOD E NÃO TINHA TALHER PARA COMER. NEM COPO PARA BEBER ÁGUA.

A Internet do quarto não funcionou durante toda a estadia, móveis antigos e sem tomadas de energia no quarto e ao lado da cama, só existia um ponto de energia no quarto disponível.

Gostei muito do quarto, espaçoso, cama confortável, super limpo, bem climatizado. O banheiro grande com chuveiro quente e ótimas toalhas. Recomendo muito o Hotel.

A começar pelo atendimento do Kubitschek, o pessoal da recepção acha que está fazendo um favor pros hóspedes numa operação tartaruga constante.
Mas a pior parte foi o estado do apartamento, precisa urgentes de uma reforma: as cortinas estão manchadas e fedendo, tem uma banheira descascada, e o chuveiro molha mais fora dela do que dentro.
A internet via wi-fi é sofrível, não consegui assistir vídeos no YouTube com ela então é lenta com força.
Sobre as comodidades não oferecem shampoo ou condicionador como o padrão, apenas uns sabonetes de erva doce bem baratos. A descarga é ruim, então a briga com ela será constante pra fazer funcionar.
Há lâmpadas queimadas, ausência de tomadas e o quarto fede.

A Banheira com fundo quebrado, portas de armários em condições ruins, e principalmente um alagamento do quarto quando o ar condicionado foi ligado, acordei com o chão alagado, o ar drenou a àgua através do teto da parte da cozinga. Tive que secar o chão com toalhas para poder andar no quarto.

Hotel bem localizado porém estrutura antiga não disponibiliza tomadas necessárias, não tem como regular temperatura de ar condicionado.
