這店裝修的很新，早餐也很好，有很多的品種可以吃。我就是比較好奇呢，我指定的普通房間，他為什麼旁邊還有一張小床放在那裡，其實就是等於可以睡3個人，在意大利 這樣的酒店已經算非常不錯了，因為房間的面積也很大

I have serious concerns about this hotel experience. It seems to stem from a lack of understanding and support from the top management. During our stay over Christmas, when most hotel restaurant were closed, the General Manager prohibited us from using the lobby tables to enjoy our lunch, which was delivered to us. Instead, we were instructed to eat in our rooms, despite being a family of four with only two seats in each room. Additionally, one of our rooms has been experiencing a leak from the ceiling for the last two days, and on one occasion, we had no hot water to take showers. Moreover, the bathroom walls in one of our rooms are retreating due to water damage, resulting in a moldy smell. This is unacceptable for any hotel, and especially so during a holiday stay.

I visited Bra for one night and had a rented car. This hotel was a good choice even though it is far from city centre. The hotel is clean. The rooms are big. It is located at a very quiet area on the outskirts of Bra. Breakfast is very good. Sleeping quality could have been a bit better due to soft mattresses but overall it was good. The help and tips we received from Neomi in the front desk were excellent (where to eat, where to park, where to shop, etc.)

I have stayed at this hotel many times. good sized rooms. Good décor large bathroom close to the city centre - fantastic buffet breakfast. Nice view of the Alps - especially in winter Pleanty of parking

Very good sleep, no distractions or any noise whatsoever. No experience of the restaurant but seemed also quite nice. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was quite complete and not too busy. Terrace outside the reception area was nice place to wrap up the day.

Ho prenotato su Booking un mese prima del mio arrivo scegliendo una camera che, da foto e descrizione, doveva avere vasca e bidet. (Allego foto) All’arrivo in camera, niente vasca, niente bidet, ma una doccia senza barriere che usandola per soli 5 minuti ha allagato tutto il bagno. (Tra l’altro c’era un forte odore di chiuso e muffa) Mi sono recata subito in reception per segnalare il problema e mi è stato detto che, avendo prenotato l’ultima camera standard disponibile (cosa che trovo strana, visto che la prenotazione risale a due mesi prima), ci avevano “purtroppo” assegnato una camera non conforme alla descrizione. Come se non bastasse, l’unica soluzione proposta dalla receptionist è stata di pagare 15 euro in più a notte per avere una camera “come da descrizione”. Trovo tutto questo assurdo: ho prenotato per tempo, pagato un certo prezzo per determinati servizi e mi sono ritrovata con molto meno. non è accettabile pagare per qualcosa che poi non viene garantito, né trovarsi costretti a pagare un sovrapprezzo per avere ciò che era già incluso nella descrizione iniziale. Zero comprensione, nessuna proposta di rimborso o sconto. Solo l’invito a pagare di più. A chi sta pensando di soggiornare qui consiglio di prestare molta attenzione: anche prenotando con largo anticipo non avete nessuna garanzia di ottenere la camera descritta, e in caso di problemi la disponibilità a risolverli lascia davvero a desiderare. Personalmente non tornerò e non consiglierò questa struttura.

Struttura davvero consigliata! Camere belle spaziose e pulite Albergo situato in un ottima posizione centrale . Staff Gentile e premuroso . Servizi molto buoni compreso la colazione...forse leggermente discutibile la qualità per il resto tutto bene !

Ottimo soggiorno! Camera molto ampia, ben pulita e curata nei dettagli, con molti comfort all interno tra cui bollitore, frigo, snack... Colazione più che soddisfacente , con varietà di prodotti nostrani e di ottima qualità. Personale disponibile e garbato.

Abbiamo alloggiato con un gruppo per quattro giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene ! Accoglienza ottima, camere luminose e spaziose, anche pulite ! Il centro vicino e grazioso da visitare , la zona è tranquilla ed è un valido punto di snodo per visitare le Langhe ! Un grazie speciale al personale del ristorante gentile affabile è sempre attento alle richieste ! Complimenti
